Terrible My therapist made me watch videos and that was her way of helping

My therapist she was good. The billing department is who I have an issue with. The woman Sarah in the billing department does not do her job. My bill is so far behind. I would be up to date if Sarah would have deducted my copay weekly. I find Sarah to be unprofessional Compass Point on Bridgetown Road is where I was attending Therapy Sessions. I chose to end my seasons as of today due to the bill being delinquent. I would give my therapist a higher rating but due to the fact that Sarah isnt doing her job is why I chose to give it a 3 star rating.

I have been seeing my therapist here for a few years now as well as a full year of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This therapy has greatly improved my life. BTW my name is a pseudonym. Treatment was at Fairfield location.
