Horrible experience with this place while looking for pediatric mental health assistance. Multiple appointments were set up after they failed to appear for a telehealth visit. Their call center left us on hold for over an hour. Multiple times they waited out until business hours ran out then updated their portal stating we no showed. Yet the patient charts show progress notes vitals and even supposedly performed suicidal ideation assessments... yet they have not seen the patient once.Do not even try to get mental health care from any of their offices. Not only did they not see us but they entered information on the patient chart that is clearly falsified.Further if you bother to look up the physicians public lawsuits you will find a previous malpractice suit for failing to treat a patient with suicidal ideation which resulted in the patients death. Stay away from this place especially if you need help asap.

They claim to the best in the business but since Ive started months ago. Ive gotten nothing but my money taken. Its ridiculous its so unorganized so unprofessional. Its terrible dont even waste your time.

If I could rate this organization with zero stars I would. My entire experience with them has been a cluster--ck I waited for a call all day on the day of my initial appointment and never got the call. When the appointment time passed I called and they tried to blame it on me and say that it was because I hadnt prepaid my co-pay which was not the case. They assured me that I would get the call and to wait. Well to make a long story short it took 4 appointments before I got my telehealth call. Moreover the appointment was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. but I got the call on Saturday morning Well my RX was supposed to be refilled and sure enough went to the pharmacy and no RX. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever encountered ever Do yourself a favor and run

My daughter has had to wait a week to fix what ever disconnect was happening with my cvs and u this is unexpectedly this his not ok this is for her autism this is a disconnect with the front desk and supervisors

Made a video appointment for 330. Got my daughter out of school and left work early and waited. 437 comes still no call. I called and got a gentleman on the phone who was clearly working from home with his dog barking in the background and people laughing and talking. He said someone would call me back but that didnt happen. Go elsewhere. These people are unprofessional and do not care. Waste of time.

Im giving a ONE star only because there isnt an option for a ZERO I dont understand how an appointment can be changed to Telehealth after scheduling an appointment for face to face. Obviously theyre more interested in writing a prescription then actually meeting with their patients. I specifically made the changes in my schedule to take my mom in because she obviously needs help NOT just a Rx. Please do not go to this office because you will only be a number in their system. They care NOTHING about the mental health of their patients.

If you care for your loved one do not ever bring them to this incompetent office. I have never spoke with an entire staff that not one of them knew what was going on. They try and schedule virtual appointments to bill your insurance and make false claims about conversations that never happened. When you ask them for proof documents they cannot provide any. Ive been going back and forth with their staff for weeks and not one of them have resolution. It is disgusting that they think they can take advantage of their patients especially at their time of need. I am extremely disappointed and the reviews you see below says it all. Do not come here.

The absolute worst office. They dont call your prescriptions in timely doctors rarely call you as they have nurse practitioners call they call HOURS after your scheduled appointment if they call at all they have you on hold for literal HOURS before they may pick up. Terrible company and service. Ive been a patient for two months now and not only have they failed to respond to my calls but i have been put on hold for over an hour each time. The phone line then places you on a waitlist and never calls you back. The psychiatrist has missed both of my telehealth appointments and now they refilled the WRONG medicine. They have left me with no choice but to go through withdrawls as I find a new company. I shouldve trusted the reviews but I was desperate to find a place that worked with my insurance. It wasnt worth it. DO NOT GO HERE.

Compass health is the most incompetent medical company Ive ever been to They do not have any offices in operation I dont understand why the state has not shut them down They constantly change employees for a various very concerning reasons. I will be calling tomorrow 4-5-23 to request another doctor. The doctor that has been calling me through telemed for the last few months told me he doesnt know what to do to help. Ive been dealing with anxiety and depression since I was a teenager He has spoken to me enough to understand Im dealing with other medical issues. He refuses to understand the complications that can arise when mixing medication. I would never recommend compass health to anyone I desperately need to find a top mental health doctor that can actually help me and not make me worse. I have never been to a mental health office or with no doctors available. I am desperate to see a professional mental health Doctor whether its a psychiatrist or anybody else in a professional mental health office. Is am in dire straits.
