Horrible experience. I wish I would have come to read the reviews before trying to get my appointment with Compass it has been a nightmare I cannot believe the level of incompetence and complete disregard of patients. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone every time you call you get directed to the call center and they dont know anything and cant help you with anything either. I was asked to call a person back to finish up some intake questions I desperately called multiple times and they always told me the same thing that there was nothing they could do just to forward a message to the office and that somebody would call me back. They never did They also said they would escalate because my appointment time was approaching but nothing happened. I finally got an email with patient portal credentials before my appointment and logged in but the doctor never showed up I waited for 1 hour after appointment time and nothing. Not even a message.Then I was told that it is not through video that the doctor would call me directly and that also did not happen. Called them again and asked to talk to a supervisor and no surprise there... she ALSO wasnt available and they said she will call me back.... This is just unbelievable how can a health institution have such poor communication and processes in place

Physician is lovely however the administrative end is sub par. Always seem to be going around in circles and its not the staff to be honest. Its the way the practice has been set up to run. It just doesnt work. If I missed a pre screening call the appointment is cancelled. This happened one too many times to me. I asked for weeks to speak to a supervisor and it took over 2 months and my issue was not resolved. I even asked the dr when we were in our appointment to please have a supervisor reach out to me and she said she would. However they never called. This last time they ran my credit card for more than my copay was. I usually pay online or they call me to authorize to take the payment over the phone ran it and ran it for the incorrect amount. I work in the medical field and would never allow this type of thing to go on for so long.

Someone I love had an appointment to see Dr. Elizabeth. The appointment went well. She was on time and spoke with him for two hours and gave her recommendation. She then said she would get back to him with more details. She called once and he missed it. But every time he called back she never answered. I tried calling a few times and the call just did not go through. It was as if she got a new number. I tried calling Compass and they generally answered the phone quickly. I explained to them that he really needed the psychiatrist to tell him what factuality he should go to and help with the process and they assured me they were sending emails and telling her to call him. She never called. Finally over a week later some random person emailed him saying she had a list of 3 places and the email only included 2. We both researched the places and neither of them had anything to do with the kind of treatment he needed. It was honestly incredible. I regret so much not reading all these awful reviews before helping him make the appointment to speak to Dr. Elizabeth essentially wasting not only his time but hard-earned money.

I booked an appointment at this clinic when I decided to quit smoking and felt I needed psychological support.The day before the consultation I received a call that lasted thirty minutes with a psychiatrists assistant who asked me 1000 super sensitive questions questions that I expected to answer for a doctor during a medical consultation with a medical professional not a call center attendant and that shook my nervous state of those days even more.During the two days leading up to my appointment the only thing that put me at ease was the fact that I had this appointment scheduled. Quitting smoking is no joke and I knew it so I sought professional help.To my complete surprise frustration and disappointment on the day of the consultation the doctor Michele de Souza Moraes simply did not show up. I didnt get a call justifying the doctors non-attendance no explanation nothing.Which makes me believe that this clinic is not committed to the health and well being of its patients.If you are seeking professional help for mental health issues this is not the place.

I will be honest I have no idea how the actual psychiatric treatment is at this place since I never even made it that far. Made an appointment they said they would call the day before to confirm they did but I was sleeping when they called so this is the only part of the story I share any blame. I figured no big deal I would call the call back number they left and confirm... well I tried to do that but after going through a really bloated phone tree only reached people who didnt seem to be able to actually confirm the appointment why is their just no confirm appointment option on the phone tree. I did finally talk to someone who said they would remind the office to call me for the pre-appointment screening the next morning. Naturally that never happened. Still I optimistically tried to go to the virtual appointment and sat there an hour and the provider never showed up. I called one last time and they said they would get back to me shortly... naturally they never did. They desperately need options to at least contact with the providers rather than going through a useless phone tree and getting connected with people who cant really do anything to help.

Terrible service. I have been putting on hold for hours to make an appointment. When I finally made the appointment for a phone call with the doctor the doctor never called.Before the pandemic my son was going in person and a couple of times that we were late they did not want to see him yet when we were on time they mede us wait for hours to be seen by the doctor.It was like their time is valuable and the patients time is not.They always have students and people working there that they dont know what they are doing and can not help you.Its frustrating.

This place is a joke and should be shut down. They charge 40 for a doctor to call you and talk to you for 45 seconds and not actually help. I havent been able to get my prescriptions filled for months due to their incompetence and complete lack of care for their patients

Please do yourself a favor and go to a different facility. If you come here thinking that you are going to get the help you need you are wrong. This place will make you loose your mind. They lack coordination they will call you 2 0r 3 hours after your scheduled time. If you missed your call good luck reaching back to them. They will schedule you whenever and not even tell you. This Place is a hot mess and needs to be shut down..

This is the third time in a row that Dr. Asha Davis has failed to send my prescription refill to the pharmacy. Now I am again on the phone on hold for an hour just to ask them to send my refill. I take a daily medication that has withdrawals beginning as soon as one day after not taking the medication. This is the third month in a row that I have to spend a few days suffering from withdrawals as I wait for the doctor to send my refill. Dr. Davis if youre reading this please send my refill Ive been on hold for an hour and Ill likely not be able to speak to you before my work break is over. Thanks for making my day as stressful as can be. This place is the worst.

My first time seeking therapy and I am very disappointed. My first session lasted 15 min and they sent me off with medications already. The therapist Felipe seemed very disinterested bland and unenthusiastic.Was supposed to have a follow up appointment and they changed it without letting me know. I had to call to change it back and then they changed the appointment again the night before the appointment.Called the office and they said they would have someone called me for a virtual appointment later in the day to accommodate the fact they canceled my appointment without me knowing. They never called...Save your time and money. Not only have I experienced the problems as mentioned above but the facility is very unwelcoming depressing and the whole office is brown and therapy rooms are literally two chairs and a desk. It felt like I was in an interrogation room. I strongly do not recommend.
