Compass Behavioral Solutions is located in the New River Valley region of Virginia. Our office serves the 4 counties of the New River Valley area (Floyd, Pulaski, Montgomery, Giles). Including the city of Radford and the towns of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Dublin, Floyd, Glen Lyn, Narrows, Pearisburg, Pembroke, Pulaski, and Rich Creek.
