I was referred to this facility by my UPMC primary care physician. I called and within my first sentence was attacked by their office manager I was aggressively cut off and told theydo not offer psychiatric services and do not even have a psychiatrist.False She then laughed at me and then continued to condescendingly tell me they could not help me and belittled me for my insurance, living area, primary care, and refused to give me an appointment demanding to know why I wanted to “bother them?
