RUN AWAY While the providers may be helpful the office staff is pure trash. Condescending Rude incompetent hang up on you great times Youd be better off finding a stranger named Frank to talk to them working with the office staff here. Too bad... the mental health providersthemselves are quite nice.

Dont attempt to go here. Complete waste of time and money and will make you feel worse about things. They dont take mental health seriously. I was essentially made to feel by Kirsten M that since im able to hold down a job what i face isnt valid enough to have any services. I explicitly said I wanted in person interaction and her recommendation at the end of intake was to go on a waitlist for something on zoom. It takes a lot to try and get help somewhere so if you need help look elsewhere so you arent made to feel invalid as well. Kirsten did not seem at all interested in helping. On one positive note Deb from customer service was extremely kind and friendly and welcoming. I only wish she had been the intake therapist instead.

My daughter has had phone appointments with Virginia Roper and she has now twice not kept the said time appointments They seem to have no regard for people dealing with mental health issues. Its Real Something needs to be done about this facility as its just a hot mess Today September 182023 I heard Virginia Roper isnt going to fill my daughters prescription anymore just because my daughter doesnt answer her questions in a lengthy response this is so unethical and if I have to go to the medical board thats what Ill do as my daughter cant be without her medicine.Stay clear of this place if you can

The low reviews are deserved. I recently tried to take my own life and I begged them to start seeing me again and they couldnt of cared less and never contacted me back after several attempts. All they did was keep sending me bills which I wont pay. I told them on an answering machine more than once my Insurance was finally activated switched over by mass to NH. I have two insurances now so their loss. they have a lack of care and only care about money. Stay away. They are the worst Therapy service Ive ever encountered.

I forgive my trespassers every day of dialysis. Customer service did not seem all that important when they refused to switch my doctor after I refused to see Jims.

Virginia Roper couldnt care less about how she takes care of her patients when and what their availability is and what they might want or need from her in terms of a care plan. Absolutely the worst community run mental health service Ive ever been through.

You have a greater chance of taking your own life than you do being seen here. If you even get an intake they do not tell you its 5-6 month wait for services. Go somewhere else. This place will not help you.

This place lies about services and good luck getting an appointment that is convenient for you.

Awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Told us to be there at 330 for an intake for my daughter then we get there they tell us the doors are now closed. Would of been nice if they had told me this on the phone that it is a first come first serve. I cant just get out of work early everyday to try and be the first one to get into an appointment. Very unorganized My daughter did therapy with community partners in Dover for about 2 years it didnt work and she really needs help in seeing a psychologist its sad that they turn down the ones that really need the help and guidance. Place looks like a run down dhhs office with a ghetto pharmacy right in it. Disgusting.

Ibidunni Babatunde- prescribing PAA loved one has experienced nothing but unfair disrespectful unempathetic unprofessional and even unethical treatment from this woman. I am very upset at the way she treats her patients. She does not let her patient be part of their own treatment plan in a respectfulcorrect way but rather forces her opinionsideas on them as well as makes them feel unwelcome and ashamed of being a person that is receiving a service. She does not seem to enjoy her job nor have the patience or passion to even communicate respectfully to patients that look to her for help.I have heard several other people say similar things about her. I have filed a complaint in the past and plan to again.
