I worked for Community Options for almost 1 year the manager Louise Blackmore is the worst person to work for. She talks about her staff in bad ways to other staff clients get away with whatever they want they have no rules set in stone for them. And a majority of the staff call in or show up late and when ever they want to. The absolute worst place to work The dayhab supervisor Coral Grimes likes to start rumors about other staff behind their backs.

Was offered a position with them. They sent off my background check. Thats fine. They call next day said the state I moved from said my license was invalid. So I call my self the DMV they say my license is valid. So I call community options and let them know there must be a mix up. They say they will call back. They call next day and say they got it worked out. See you Monday. They call back later that day and tell me something on my back ground from 22years ago keeps me from working there. Even though they told me they only go back 5yrs. They only know about my background from long ago cause when they asked me I was honest. So needless to say I felt like the whole situation was unprofessional and that they are full of The woman that interviewed me was only doing her job. So when I say the are full of I mean the company not the employee.
