Didnt even see the dentist scheduled a month ahead of time then they rescheduled me 2 days before and was 2 hours behind schedule when I arrived 30 minutes early. My usual dentist scheduled me the same week and is always punctual.

At the CHI West Perrine clinic Dr. Christopher Edouard is an excellent and experienced physician. Elizabeth and the staff in general are professional helpful and caring.

First impressions count on any visit to any office and the Hispanic guard lady on vital records was lovely she greeted me with a smile and was super helpful courteous and professional made the rest of the visit smooth from there on with the positive attitude. God bless you all

They staff in my experience are good people. What I dont like is theres only one nurse practitioner a new member in training practitioner no doctor and not enough or no equipment for what they need to assist patients. You cant never get through to them by phone because the phone line does not work properly. The clinic is in a low-class community so the company does not care about having what is needed for the staff to assist patients. The doctor over this clinic does not come out to inspect. Ive never seen the doctor at this clinic.

Dr. Chris Edouard is the best doctor in Miami hands down. New patient went in today for the first time since I got recommended I will be his patient forever He is very caring for his patients treats too well explains everything very throughly he is very patient. I recommended Dr. Edouard 100 the facility the staff is very nice as well everyone treats you well. Thank you

Excellent care from Dr. Christopher Edouard . Wow It is almost not real. In 11 years going from one Dr. to another he is just absolute great. He is never in a rush listens to the patient creates a plan an efficient one and if things are not going according to thw plan referals he makes sure things get done himself . He deserves the recognition because this type of service makes you feel a Very Privileged Individual. God bless him. I hope he stays with us sl that this comunity can enjoy this excellent care.

CHI At west perrine clinic they are very professional Doctor Christopher Edouard is excellent he is very professional and has a lot of experience. I would not change for anything. The staff in general is very attentive.

Best doctor in town Dr. Christopher Edouard. Absolutely lovely dedicated to his patients and extremely professional. Im very proud of being his patient. He takes care of every detail. Its so comfortable count on him. The staff in general is really good nurses are nice and very professionals as well. CHI has been very good for me. It was ruff in the evening until we got everything worked out. But dont rely on them for transportation. Or you will miss your appointments

Arrived around 950 and parked in the wrong side of the building one side is immunizations and the other vital records the guard was virtuous and directed me to the correct office.Once I parked in to the other side of the building the guard there directed me where to go.The office is nice and clean all the forms are in stock and the people are courteous.it is now 1006 and Im out the door with my certificates. This was easy fast and nice experience.If youre ever on the need for a birth certificate or a death certificate and you live by the zoo or South definitely than Miami Dade County Health Department Office South building is the place to go
