My appointment was at 930AM but you guys call me at 1150AM

I went to the dentist which is far most one of my biggest fears however the dentist staff there were very friendly kind and kept me at ease. So I definitely would recommend anyone here.

The doctor is amazing and most staff are friendly too. The only issues I have in the 9 year my kids are going there is the phone lines are a mess when I try to contact the doctor its always a problem their phone system doesnt work at all and the appointments are very far in the app system if this could be fix than it would be the perfect place for the kids.

Dr. Martha Katz has always been a great doctor. She cares about her patience very differently from other doctors that Ive seen before. She used to be my doctor since I was seven years old. Im an adult now I have three kids and now I follow her where she is because now she is my Childrens Pediatrician. DOCTOR MARTHA KATZ is a Wonderful Doctor and Person.

Appointment are not managed properly. You need to wait for several hours in spite of having an appointment.

Do not go to this place. The service is terrible. I went today to the dental service with pain and they told me I had to wait four to five hours to be treated. They dont care if you have an emergency I have been a patient for two years and they take hours to treat you. Every time you want to make an appointment they give you an appointment for two or three months time goes by and they tell you that the documents have expired you have to start all over again they charge again for cleaning x-rays and supposedly you apply for low income and the prices are very high. The attention is terrible they do not solve anything. I also took my son to the pediatrics service and besides the fact that they leave you waiting for hours they tell you that there are no pediatricians available that they are on vacation. My experience was very bad.

Today I had an appointment 130pm in the dental department. Arrived at 1pm and NOT SINGLE PERSON was at the desk to take my information or check me in. I understand everyone needs to take lunch but atleast have someone there to cover for them during situations like this.

I took my daughter because she was coughing the whole night and this is her clinic so I came in around 11 and I was told I had to bring her earlier because the doctor wont see her after 8. So you have to schedule to her sick in order to come see a doctor What is this clinic for anyways then The front desk is so rude she doesnt gaf how to treat people. Im definitely changing my daughters doctor
