Granted the wait was just a tad bit long it was well worth it To find a doctor that actually LISTENS TO YOUR CONCERNS AND ACTS ON IT IS PRICELESS AND NO AMOUNT OF TIME CAN KEEP ME AWAY FROM SEEING DR.BOSA-OSORIO He is caring and attentive and funny He makes you feel comfortable and not ashamed to ask questions Did I mention his staff Wow amazing The whole entire team is wonderful They should be number One in Miami Just have patience but be amazed at how much Dr. Bosa and his team really care about your health Dr. Bosa and team thank you for your compassion thoroughness kindness and for loving what you do It shows I pray God continues to bless you and your staff

Wow I had the most pleasant experience at CHI From walking in and being greeted all the way to the actual attention my child received in the pediatric space at South Miami Clinic location. All the staff members and the doctor were absolutely amazing They were so helpful and compassionate and were able to rapidly assist with our needs I know everyones case is different but you cant fake caring and these people care Even the huge facility in Cutler Bay with so many services I later drove to and the pharmacist and pharmacy right on site What an incredible place Ive always had to opportunity to go to private doctors due to my employer providing insure but our family experienced a burden and everyone here had helping hands Thank you CHI I will be back even after insurance is obtained Bless you

First time in a long time I had a doctors appointment surprisingly I got in early and it was a visual visit went well.

You could not pay me to visit this location again. The poor communication and failure of the office staff to properly do their job caused me a lot of frustration and wasted time. When speaking to their manager Henry as opposed to taking responsibility for the negligence on the offices part to verify that I had a notarized medical consent letter PRIOR to seeing the patient I was given excuse after excuse and essentially blamed for not volunteering information I did not know was even necessary for the appointment. They basically completed the entire appointment without asking me who I was for photo ID or my relationship to the child. I volunteered that information when the student doctor completed his initial evaluation. When I went to another CHI location because I would never return to South Miami it was the FIRST thing they asked me about . Had this office done the same a lot of wasted time could have been saved. Not to mention the receptionist who LIED about what she communicated to me when I called the next day. I wish I had audio recording of what she said the previous day as opposed to what she said when I called. If I could give this office ZERO stars I would. Thankfully the Cutler Bay office was competent and professional.

An excellent Health Center and in the dental branch the Doctor Alba Hernandez and her team are very good professionals.

Great the team is really great and has a great atmosphere. And shows respect to the patients.

I wish I can give 0 star. Everything was awful starting with the customer service and the completely unprofessional staff. Then even when it comes to scheduling and holding on phone for ever. I came here only because it is very near from my house but I think it will be the last. Its not worth it. Ide rather go to a far primary care center who knows their job and put the customer satisfaction above everything. One last thing never believe them when they give you an appointment you will spend 3-4 hours more until you finish. By the way I came on time and no other patients here like this in the picture and still waiting for no reason or explanation.
