There is often a wait for walk ins but compared to the nearly two months you have to wait for an appointment waiting 1 - 2 hrs max isnt bad at all. The receptionists nurses and even doctors have always gone above and beyond for accommodation. Honestly out of the four times I have visited in the past month or so at various times Im surprised how ppl rag on public health institutions like theyre some antiquated medical system. Kinder and overall better in person experience than a majority of private practices Ive been to. Its just annoying navigating a system without insurance but I dont blame this hospital for that. Highly recommend if you are uninsured.

Dr EDOUARD is the best doctor ever. He takes great care of the patients explaining everything. I feel very confident to have my child on Dr Edouards care.

Worst place ever to go see a doctor in the case you get to see one Edgard Nuez is our doctor and in 5 years we don t even know how he looks Always canceled last minute they don t even call you back when they say so and they changed my apointment without even my consent the other day. And of course today they called me to give my husband a virtual apointment yes because doctor wont be availble for his apointment This is umbelievable. We make an apointment for a reason and we already have to wait 2 month to get one then to be canceled And yes they gave me another one for 2 weeks later If they do not cancel before that. Worst place ever do not recomend at all.

Im so grateful for this clinic its such a blessing.Honestly I went in for asthma and bronchitis and the doctors did excellent work. Its a clean environment a very nice environment. They had an emergency from 800 to 1000 PM and they took care of me and Im just so happy to be back to myself.

First impression is the experience that stays with you we waited 3 months for this visit and it was worth it. very friendly and welcoming staff. What I like most was the time and efficiency. Dr Gonzalez was amazing who explained every in details of what needed to be done for our next step. Thank you for an amazing first visit. We look forward to a long and healthy stay with CHI Community health.

Christopher Edouard is ABSOLUTELY the BEST He is such an awesome doctor He makes you feel like hes known you forever and makes it a positive experience rather than the average kinda boring doctors visit. Excited to be his patient and just Love him

I really felt special when my CHI called me and shared with me directives as how to navigate a particular service due to the nature of my situation. As someone without Insurance it can be stressful to get healthcare. CHI has intentionally gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Forever grateful

Dr Martha Perez is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. She referred me to a doctor that does NOT take my insurance and the office took MONTHS to change the information. THEYLL LET YOU DIE COME TO THE FUNURAL SAYING THEY TRIED THERE BEST. Patient care is a 0 in that office how sad.

I went to the Womens Center part and everyone was very nice and professional they made sure I was comfortable and could call them for any questions or concerns as i waited to be attented. I also went through the main desk and the lady there was super nice. Im not sure why this place has bad reviews but so far everything has been wonderful.

They dont have appointments always too busy or understaffed or no enough doctors Dental appointments are once every 3 month Wow Please hire more doctors PLEASE people need your help because you are our community health center we depend on your doctors to get better in our health Other than that I love everything there when it comes to the actual health care I mean they have great great doctors that treat you well very well indeed but they dont have appointments PLEASE HIRE MORE DOCTORS AND DENTISTS we need you as our community health center to care please
