I am so fed up with this place I had my doctors appointment on Thursdaywith a promise to have my meds by Friday Lol yeah right Its now Tuesday and still no meds It is outrageous when you are on medications that you can not miss and I am now on day number 5 without meds

Ive been with them for years and I would be heartbroken if I had to switch. Great staff. The receptionists are kind the pharmacy is quick and kind and the doctors are always willing to work with you as long as you put work into yourself. Every counselor has been very helpful and imformative as well. I will always give them 5 stars. They helped me get my life back. Forever greatful for CCC

Horrible No doctors only licensed practitioner dont care about my daughters mental health didnt even know there was 2 practitioners on my supposed to be confidential zoom call needed 2 people cause the one handling my daughters case was new and not even licensed yet Called for an appointment and didnt even know who she was talking to called my daughter a different patient name. Took my daughter off her meds and denying my appointment and now my daughter is having horrible issues while Ive had to wait for another appointment at a different practice.Councling is a joke promised my daughter they would be there for her after opening up and needing to go through a police interview lied didnt even see her after that .Worst place Ive ever seen and should be shut down

Receptionists are extremely rude. Ive been going to CCC for almost 3 years and the receptionists have always been rude to me. My Doctor moved out of town and i wasnt notified.

Unwelcoming building and staff All staff we interacted with were unprofessional and it made my son and I very uncomfortable. There was a time misunderstanding for his initial therapy session and they didnt seem to care about his well being when they gave us another appointment a month out. We found counsel elsewhere because this place just left a REALLY bad first impression and we wont be back.

I see a lot of poor reviews and while I have no doubt some of the people there arent great Ive had good experiences through CC. Ive had one counselor and a doctor who prescribed meds and they were very helpful. If you are mistreated or have a bad experience I recommend maybe asking for a different doctor or talking to someone at the center.

I went there with anxiety depression I struggled with for years was evaluated and was able to see a Dr. within a few weeks I also had several counseling sessions. The Dr has been GREAT in working with me in various issues medication helping me along the road to progress-Its been over a 1 -12yrs -I still seeing my Dr for view on meds. Its has the best DECISION I EVER MADE. I always have been treated there well with staff. It is a very busy place-I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing people. Both counselors Ive had here have been amazing people. Any issues I had before ex waiting too long to get signed in at the desk have actually been resolved recently. Maybe thats because I come in on Tuesdays now Im not sure. All in all a very decent place and I will continue coming here.

One key issue that is lacking. CONTINUITY OF CARE Had a bad reaction uncontrollable itching that spread everywhereto a new medicine that was insisted I try . Was told to go off meds and call back in a few days. Called back this morning and was told Dr was out of the office for pretty much the entire month. No one available to cover for absent doctor ...so I guess Im off ALL meds for the remainder of the month and on my own. Gee thanks for the lack of help . Ill be finding a different place to go for treatment after this.You would expect a doctor to have someone to cover for them if they are going to be gone for an entire damn month.

Caring and helpful staff. They actually listen to the client and develop a treatment plan specific to their individual needs including counseling psychiatry group therapy anger management etc. Clients are also assigned case managers to help with needs outside of their mental health treatment plan. I have never experienced a more well-rounded treatment program specifically catered to each individual client. This place wants clients to not only get well but progress in life and it shows I am grateful they exist in our community.
