We are a nonprofit organization with over 40 years of experience helping adults with long-term care needs live as independently as possible. Our Medicare/Medicaid long-term care programs serve the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities. We coordinate and deliver a full range of supportive services that help them live safely, confidently and with dignity. They turned me down after I had very very bad fall that resulted in lose of my whole side know I can't move on one sides and it permanent. I had home care coming in from hospital and the social worker i worker with got the same thing we can't help witch is bs when they can help ppl that doesn't even need it 💯 when ppl really need help they don't help at all but there help ppl that don't need there services 💯 when this ppl can do it and all this ppl are using this service 💯 this ppl are willing to do everything this ppl are just lazy💯 and when everyone else really really bad they turn us down DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL
