Adam was incredible and was incredible for helping heal after divorce and just life stuff. His sessions were uplifting and helped us move forward with better relationships and more positive thoughts. Highly recommend. Please know some people are not always willing to post their thoughts about getting mental health care so personally Id take the negative reviews with a grain a salt as I know of several people who have had the same positive experiences that dont do reviews

I worked there and was deceived by the way they were supposed to have my back when getting my license. One I started they said they didnt do that anymore. Also had a tb test results were positive so I had a exRay it was negative and I went back to work. A week later I was told to go home because I needed the results of the test. This place is so bad when it comes to getting things done.

I was told that my intake provider cancelled when I called in. I took my time dropping my kids off at school because I thought it was cancelled. I showed up anyway late because I was told it was cancelled to reschedule. Then I was told that they wouldnt reschedule me because it was a no show. I have to do a walk in now and they will take me if someone else cancels they wont make any exceptions because its policy. Super bizarre place if you can afford some where else go there. Im going to see if theres is a better place as well. I didnt feel like anyone there really cared and that isnt a good mental health clinic.

Trying to get mental health care from these people is like trying to ask a dragon for a few coins of his horde you are definitely walking away empty handed and in most cases severely burned.

Completely inept. In crisis. Have been trying for hours. They just dont give a fick.

This place needs to get it together. They turned my mother who is struggling very bad with her mental health away TWICE in scheduled appointment days. Why did they turn her away Because they seem to be incompetent on what paperwork needs to be completed. After they turned her away the first time I went and signed all necessary paperwork and also gave them a copy of a court document needed. The day of her appointment 10 minutes before appointment time to be exact the lady that was supposed to see my mother called saying she would have to turn her away if she didnt get a consent form. They then emailed it to me 9 minutes after start time. I filled out the SAME EXACT FORM IN OFFICE. She then calls me again 20 minutes later complaining they needed the entire court document they dont the first page is enough and insisted they couldnt see her until they got the remaining 9 irrelevant pages. So again my mother was turned away for no fault of her or my own. Get it together you fools. People are out here suffering. Not to mention Ill never forget the dude nodding out in the lobby

Definitely dont recommend if you are trying to improve your mental health. I have had my Psychiatrist Lynette cancel 3 different appointments on me Completely unreliable.

Just reading these reviews make me scared to take my son here. I found out the intake appointment is 2 12 hours Really Who can sit through that with a pending psychiatric issue Even normal people would have a hard time with that duration.

Ive gone to Columbia River Mental Health as a client for 10 years I got the much needed help I needed to be stable with my diagnoses. I now longer go here as a client because I have been now working here for the company for 3 years and love it. Great people to receive services from and also great people to work for.

This place doesnt take patients seriously. There supervisor will laugh at you when you explain to them your concerns. Also wont let you change counselors...

This place has the worst system find somewhere else. I called on the phone several months ago to get my case opened they said theyd put me on a 6 week waiting list. Never got a call back so after the 6 weeks I called again was told my case was never opened I wasnt on a waiting list but theyll make sure to put me on one then. I was told I could do a walk in intake to get the process started at least which you have to walk in 2x before they schedule an actual appt. I walked in 2 weeks ago they told me they couldnt do my intake to come back another day if they cant see me then theyll schedule a time. Well here I am at the 2nd walk in only to be cut off middle of my sentence ARGUED with me telling me Im wrong Ive never walked in before Unprofessional rudeAs someone with serious mental health concerns seeking help this is NOT THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE. GET YOUR SYSTEM IN CHECK GET YOUR STUFF IN ORDER SO PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY GET HELP. Couldve found help somewhere else sooner by the end of this b.s.

Heres the utter stupidity of one of the certified counselors here I attended 2 years of so-called treatment here for alcohol. The program was an...
