This place is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. My son started therapy several years ago and this was a great place but after new management came on board it has been a nightmare. Communication is terrible. They went through 6 BCBAs all within a year and none of them reached out to me as a parent to communicate with me anything. The communication and support is non existence. On the website it says their number 1 core value is patient first but I have found that to be untrue also. It should read Money first because that is all they care about at this place. They proved this to me when I asked over 10 times for a bill my first 12 months with Cole. They never would send me a bill. Then when covid hit and my husband was on leave from work they sent me a bill for almost 1000.00. How is this acceptableThey dropped my son from therapy without notice. It has been a complete nightmare for my son and my family. I am so glad he is transitioning to a center that actually cares about the child. Come to Blue Sprig if you want to be with a therapy center that cares about the child and the family. It is truly a breath of fresh air compared to how I have been treated by Cole.
