Dr. Judd and nurse Kate S. are both amazing and deserve to be recognized Dr. Judd is so kind a great listener very knowledgeable and always takes the time to ensure you feel heard and cared for. Kate S. in Nurse Triage is incredibly knowledgeable and caring making the entire experience comfortable and seamless. So thankful for them

I cant say enough good things about Dr.Jud. she is incredibly patient and genuinely caring . She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything in a way thats easy to understand. My child feels comfortable and at ease during every visit which says a lot about the friendly and welcoming environment theyve created. The staff is also amazingefficient kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Jud to any parent looking for exceptional care for their child.

Coastal Kids is excellent All of the providers we have seen have been very knowledgable and accommodating to help get my sons in quickly when sick. They are also always on time and incredibly efficient. We love it here

Had a great experience everyone was very friendly and kind. Made it fast and easy to go in an out especially with my little one getting shots almost immediately they distracted him and he forgot and was on his way.

Update stay away from them they wont help if your child is sick. You see our daughter is a healthy child. We were there for check ups smiling getting smiled at. Until she got sick. My adviseLook for UCI pediatricians may be it takes time to get there but better drive 15 minutes longer than your child will be sick and they wont give a damn they will be smiling at you but doing nothing calming you laughing at your anxiety and by the end of the week your child is in Emergency room coughing her lungs out.Do not trust doctors at coastal kids they dont care. Your PPO insurance that you are so proud of wont help. Our doctor Dr Rhee didnt want to see us in times of need she didnt even call back. I kept calling asking to see our doctor because the fever didnt go for 5 days. She didnt call me back. And we thought of her as of very knowledgeable really nice doctor who cares about her patients.Find a good doctor at UCI or if your child has a fever go to emergency room . And even there insist on xray insist on tests for walking pneumonia That is whats spreading these days among the kids. Dont f-k up your childs health and well being. Be vigilant. Demand to stay overnight so they can run more tests and leave only if your child is actually getting better . We spent one night in ER.NEVER AGAin I will go to coastal kids. Oh yes the doctor said Im sorry. After. After we spent 4 sleepless nights etc. I wish I could sue them. But I just want to forget about whole situation about their existence and warn as many parents as possible.Inexcusable Negligence and Poor Service at Coastal KidsMy familys long-standing relationship with Coastal Kids which has spanned nearly a decade has been tarnished by an inexcusable oversight and subsequent poor customer service that has left us both disappointed and financially burdened. Despite our loyalty and continuous visits to see Dr. Rhee since my daughters birthshes nearly 10 nowCoastal Kids has shown a blatant disregard for our situation stemming from a change in our insurance that they failed to record.When we visited for a routine appointment unbeknownst to us Coastal Kids had not updated our insurance information despite it being active just under a new policy. This oversight on their part led to an astounding 500 bill wrongfully claiming we had not provided them with our insurance details. Its bewildering how a practice weve trusted for so long who should have a well-documented history of our visits and insurance use could make such a fundamental error.Attempting to address this issue has been a nightmare. The responses Ive received were cold and dismissive offering a discount as if resolving a minor billing discrepancy rather than acknowledging their significant mistake. This isnt a matter of seeking discounts its about expecting a level of service and professionalism that Coastal Kids has failed to deliver.Moreover my efforts to escalate the issue and seek a resolution from their management have been met with silence. Its been over six months with no callback no attempt at a genuine resolution just a clear message that our concerns and our familys wellbeing are not their priority.This situation goes beyond a simple billing error it highlights a systemic failure in Coastal Kids operations and customer service. Their inability to properly manage patient information combined with a lack of accountability and communication is alarming for any healthcare provider especially one that serves children.I am sharing our story as a cautionary tale for other families. The trust and reliability we once believed Coastal Kids possessed have been shattered by their negligence and disregard for the impact their actions have on the families they serve. Its a sad reflection on what was once a trusted healthcare provider for our children.

Worst appointment I ever had. The Dr laughed a lot of my face in a bad way in front of my kids because I said I believe in natural healing like using ginger propolis and Acumpulture. He was one of that kind that thinks he knows everything. The kind person that dont learn much on his journey. Expensive for this worst moment in family.

Our recent experience with Dr. Sarah Judd was wonderful. Her exceptional compassion patience and rapport with children stood out during our visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of exceptional pediatric care.

They have a lot of staff. I dont know why took so long for them to pick up phone calls for their patients. Also the doctor will not mark the test order as urgent if you dont request while your son is in pain and fever for a week. They only provide the treatment after they receive test results but they dont care about if the little patients are in pain and they dont care about when they receive results. Please dont be doctors please dont be especially pediatricians if you dont even care a little bit for the little ones.

This office continues to amaze me. Not only did they save my daughters life in my opinion from an ongoing eating disorder but their staff are so attentive to all my kids needs and really listen to them and any concerns they have had. Ive never felt rushed through an appointment or that I was a bother. We see one of the nurse practitioners normally and she has taken my daughters case very seriously and follows up with all related therapists to make sure her care is the best possible. At our last appointment for my other two kids physicals she spent extra time with my daughter to answer some concerns she had. She never made her feel silly for asking. I cannot possibly express how grateful I am for the nurse practitioners and nurses that have helped us from this office. Top notch. And one more thingthe administrative staff here is also amazingso personable positive and helpful.
