Worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Countless issues with scheduling computer problems referrals charting errors and when brought to their attention they take zero accountability for. The staff is beyond rude. I have experienced my issues and concerns being discussed in the waiting room for everybody to hear instead of privately talking to me in the back. Very unprofessional. I have never seen the same doctor twice and and they do not prioritize your childs care.

We love coastal kids We have been going here for almost 5 years since my son was a newborn. I have found its super easy to get a last minute appointment and the on call services on the weekends are extremely helpful We have gone to several of the doctors here and have loved all of them. The front desk women named Christina is diligent in her job caring and quick to get you an appointment that works for your schedule I love that they take a big range of insurance including medi-cal If you need a referral for a specialist they are quick and make sure the place they refer you too takes your insurance All in all we love it here and dont plan on going anywhere

Amazing doctors office clean cute decor and everyone there is so kind and curtious. My daughter was really nervous to get her regular vax shots for school and Leighna her nurse had a cool little trick she uses my daughter didnt even feel a thing. Dr Phillips took his time with us answered all our questions and really made us feel comfortable. We are very happy and have nothing but good things to say about everyone at Coastal kids and Dr. Phillips. Thank you so much

Dr Phillips and his nurse Leighna is hands down the best time. They make sure my 4 kids are comfortable and truly go above and beyond. The office is always clean and welcoming My kids are typically very nervous to go to doctors I feel so thankful to have found them my kids finally are at ease coming to see Dr Phillips and Nurse Leighna. My mama heart thanks you. Highly recommend

Dr. Phillips at Coastal Kids has been our kids pediatrician since our oldest was born. 7 years and 4 kids later and there is nowhere else we would go. We adore Dr. Phillips and our absolute favorite nurse Leighna so much that we have recommended them to everyone we know. Everyone in the office is super sweet and helpful and the front staff Christina Sandy and Monay are amazing. They have all been lifesavers when weve called-in hoping for a last minute appointment when one of the babies has woken up sick. We are so grateful for how they all have loved on and genuinely cared about our babies. Not only do we love Dr. Phillips and his staff but so do the kids. We appreciate the way Dr. Phillips will make recommendations but still allows us as the parents to make the ultimate decision without feeling pressured one way or another. Leighna is the absolute sweetest and best with the kids and they are crazy about her too We just want to say Thank you to Dr. Phillips Leighna and the ladies at the front. We love the Laguna Hills office of Coastal Kids We the staffnurses and Dr Nylander are all the best around. Dr Nylander is so caring and takes time to really make you and your child feel comfortable. The nursing staff is always helpful and professional.

I absolutely love this office the from end girls especially Monay she always has a smile and is happy to see us very welcoming and Leighna our nurse is the absolute best She really knows whats shes doing and is great with the kiddos we absolutely love her All the dr here are also great Philips Hes very thorough With his check ups

Everyone from the front office to the pediatricians nurses are very caring and make my kids feel comfortable. They listen and address all your concerns you may have.

The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Nurses and doctors are great. My two kids were seen by Kim and she was amazing with her service and smiling .

Be prepared to deal with the billing department.Our experience in the office was fine. But after going into the office to confirm that our accounts were fully settled we move overseas and then got a phone call that there were payments due. We told them that our phone numbers were due to change the next week and to please email the invoices so we could review them.We then attempted to email and call them from our new phone numbers several times with no reply and gave up. 1 year later a collections alert showed up on our credit report harming our ability to move back to the US. We contacted them again paid the amount shown for collections and called because we had previously paid that same amount before leaving the states. We were told on the phone that they had missed one of our previous payments and that it could be refunded after we paid the collections agency but when we called back they said it was not a mistake and that they would get back to us. 1 month later no word.All of this without ever showing us an invoice or explaining which services we had received that werent paid. My business would be bankrupt if we operated this way.
