I cant say enough about my phone call experience with Mckenna munic she is the perfect example and the role model of the front unite.She was amazing helped me to create a patient portal leave a message to our primary physician for urgent medical attention.She was so patient very friendly and professional.Please hire more Mckennas

I have had nothing but great experiences at this office From the sweet ladies at the front desk to the Nurses and Doctors everyone has made us feel like we are getting the best possible care. Ive never had a problem getting an appointment when needed and the sick hours during the weekend are a bonus just in case. Ive also called in once or twice with questions when my daughter was a newborn and they took the time to really listen put me at ease and never made me feel silly about what I was asking new mom here. If youre like me and read all the reviews before choosing a Dr for your kids then just know I absolutely love them and your kids would be in great hands.

We have been taking our baby here since she was 3 days old. This is one of the best doctors offices weve ever been to. It is impeccably clean and organized and the decor is SO fun and cute the kids will love it the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we absolutely love our babys doctor Kristina Nylander. She is so sweet and gentle with our baby listens to us and gives us advice and makes us feel confident. We have seen a few other doctors here and it was the same experience with them too.

My kiddo was a patient of Dr. Cox and Im also a Pediatric Nurse - was a little nervous to try out other doctors after having such a great experience with Cox. Decided to go for it - and I have been SO incredibly happy. The new office is FABULOUS- there are a few new faces they are all FABULOUS- and the staff and doctors and NPs have been wonderful. Im glad we didnt leave. Its so convenient to Ladera and the everyone is just so amazing. They actually listen to me when I speak about my child whom I know best. Highly recommend them all Thanks Coastal Kids Its nice to have an office so close to home with medical staff we can trust and have great bedside manner

Coastal Kids goes out of their way to make you feel part of the family rather than just another patient. The staff and physicians take the time to genuinely remember your name and who you are while engaging in conversations that prove that they actually care. The brand new facility is modern bright efficient and always clean which instills confidence and makes every visit a positive experience My wife and I wish we had Costal Kids when we were growing up You have changed the going to the doctors experience forever and for that we are forever grateful

We love Coastal Kids Ladera Dr. Cox is our favorite but weve loved every doctor and nurse practitioner weve seen. We never struggle to schedule an appointment and have been able to get in same day for sick appointments every time weve needed to. We have had the best experience here and briefly tried another pediatricians office when we had our insurance change for a few months. We were very glad when we switched back to Coastal Kids.

Great staff and Annie Shugarmam is fantastic. So caring sincere. I left the office feeling really good about our experience and the plan we put into place to help my little boy feel better She even gave me a follow up call. I highly recommend Coastal Kids. We been to all of their offices and they are just exceptional

We love Dr. Cox Our son is always so at ease with her and mommy and daddy feel they get all the information they need Jennifer is also so wonderful with setting us up and handles the horrible shot time with grace

Love the staff at coastal kids but just found out Dr. Cox will be leaving the practice. Im not happy about this as my kids have become comfortable with her and know what to expect at their appt. We moved from Washington state 4 years ago and its always difficult to find new doctors. We have seen Dr Cox ever since and not happy that we have to start over.I would also like to see more staff answering phones. Ive been on hold several times for 15 minutes before trying to make an appt. thank you
