The doctor helped me immensely and changed my life from a life of discord and terrible hurt and pain to a life of peace. He helped me to unravel all the confusion and see clearly what I needed to do. He helped me look into myself and change. I will never forget him. He cared and was always there for me and available. You cannot find a better person to help you on your way and journey of healing.

My son went for an evaluation at the beginning of November. We were told we would have a report back in 4-6 weeks. After 10 weeks I called and asked about the report and was told Dr. Ridenour is working on it now- you should get it next week. The next week came- no report. I called again and asked about the report and the same receptionist Danita I believe informed me that Dr. Ridenour was almost finished with it. She apologized and assured me it would be sent out by the end of the day. I waited 3 more days- still no report. So I called again. Once again Danita apologized and said she would send the report out THAT DAY. I politely asked her why I should believe that when it clearly didnt happen the last time I spoke with her. This was at the beginning of the week so I asked her if she thought I should have it in my hand by Friday of that week. She reassured me that I would definitely have it by Friday. Once again Friday came and went- still no report. I called the following Monday and asked Danita about the report again and she was adamant that she sent it. It mustve gotten lost or something I asked her Do I have to drive to Tyler to pick up the report myself Her reply was yes maam just do thatI also found it incredibly frustrating that during our first visit with Dr. Ridenour he spoke so quickly and used such complex words while talking to my ADHD son with Intellectual Disability. My son did not understand most of what he said. He was not a good fit for us at all.I finally received my sons evaluation report because I drove to their office and picked it up. After waiting 12 weeks- 2.5 weeks of which I spent begging them to send it in the mail.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We go my daughter tested to the 1 of March and received her results by the 14 in the mail. I would recommend to anyone having their child tested for any reason.

I am assuming no one else has had to drive 2.5 hours twice wait in the over crowded lobby for 2 or more hours and told it will be 4-6 weeks to receive the diagnosis for your child. It has now been 11 weeks and I am still getting the we dont know where his chart is run around. All the while I can not move any farther with getting my son the help that he needs. I have called multiple times and never lost my cool and still have no answer. However my insurance company has been charged and the copay paid upfront. I cant help but feel a little bit shafted here. I really hate putting up a bad review however I dont know what else to do.

This is one of the least organized businesses I have ever encountered. We didnt make it past making an appointment. I spoke with a woman named Sue I believe that was her name when she called back to let us know that she had given us the wrong information and in fact could schedule an appointment for us. She was so extremely unprofessional and just plain dumb that I decided against scheduling with them. We then spoke with our referring doctors office who immediately agreed and apologized for even mentioning them.

I had my appointment for 2 months. They call the day before and say the Ins company wouldnt cover my appointment when my son goes there too Then the receptionist was rude when I explained to her that I had asked about coverage when I made the appointment. Saying we always say its up to the Ins company . Which I was not told. I work for a hospital and wont be referring any patients to them again

Sandy Harper is so incredibly kind knowledgable and focused on helping her patients with testing for learning disabilities and depression etc. I am soo grateful to have found this place and for the care and compassion we received there for my child. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs testing for learning disabilities.
