Classic Rehabilitation, Inc - Grand Prairie

I couldnt be more pleased with this rehabilitation center. I have a rare connective tissue disorder and the staff took very good care of me and helped me achieve my goals. In the past it would seem rehabilitation facilities just provided exercises but didnt seem to tailor them to my specific needs and limitations. Quite the opposite experience at Classic Rehabilitation. The staff used several therapies available such as aqua therapy land exercises TENS ice and even dry needling which amazingly worked so well. The facility is ultra clean customer service is outstanding and accommodating. Everyone is very compassionate attentive and listen to its patients needs. I want to make a shout out to Pooja Mehta Brandy Jared and Ethan -- my dedicated team who looked out and cared for me on a regular basis. I know if I need to return for further therapy this is my go to place. It was a great 3 month experience and I was even provided exercises to do on my own so I can continue strengthening my core and various muscles and joints. My sincerest gratitude to the entire staff at the Grand Prairie location.

The place is fantastic. I m very well taken care of. The way they clean the facility is amazing. I have improved a lot. Very accommodating to patients schedule.they are very attentive. I would highly recommend it.

The Staff are great and they are very helpful but the Bathrooms for the pool are filthy the have two bathrooms where you change and take shower before and after they need total bathroom cleaning remodeling. I have been avoiding going to the pool for a while I went back to doing Aqua therapy to my disappointment the bathrooms still as dirty as they were before. By the way this is my real name and I hope Mangment would see this and act in it .

They are business department will tell you anything to get you to sign the paperwork and then afterwards your response before the underpayment

The staff is very amiable and they all have their areas of expertise.Adam is amazing Super attentive and wants to be sure you understand each exercise and very precise in explaining each motion. His massages AWESOME

I had a rotator cuff and pretty bad torn tendon repair and had my therapy here. I originally chose the place due to the location and they had good reviews. I am so glad I was able to do my therapy here. Very caring and professional staff. George is awesome and had a good time working with the students that do their externships also. Christina at the front desk was always great with my hectic schedule. My dr was very impressed with how well I did so fast. Better than I expected too. Highly recommend anyone looking for a good physical therapy clinic.

I appreciate the professionalism and kindness the therapist show to their clients. The water therapy was awesome. I was able to regain a lot of my strength that I lost during 2020. I plan to return to Classic Rehabilitation in Grand Prarie after my knee surgery this spring.

Was referred to Classic Rehab by my Ortho Dr. To help with hip and knee pain. Trying to prolong surgery . Wow what a difference Aqua therapy and the wonderful trainers have made in my pain management and the strength that I have gained over the sessions I have been attending. Today 12-9-2021 was my release date. I can say Ive enjoyed the time spent at the Grand Prairie location staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The scheduling was very flexible with my busy life. Thank yall so very much for helping me on this road to healing and having a better quality of life.

Covid delayed my water therapy for slipped discs. Now that I am going I feel so much better. First off this place is super clean. The pool area is squeaky clean. The exercises were well explained to me and have decreased my pain. I am much more nimble due to my water therapy. The staff are professional and friendly. They readily answer questions. Ill soon be there 3 times per week and will continue as long as possible. Its a 28 miles round trip for me and worth it.

I am very thankful to the staff and management at Classic Rehab. They are very professional and caring. Following their instructions and applying my self 100 to their instructions enabled me to recover from knee surgery must faster than my Doctor anticipated. They met all of my expectations.

Been having treatment here for a pinched nerve. The staff is a great team and work well together. The facilities are clean and have a comprehensive set of treatment options including a pool for water resistance. The location is right on my way to work so very convenient. All in all highly recommended
