I just successfully completed my CFY with City Sounds and I am very happy with my experience. I continuously felt support and guidance and I truly grew so much in my career as an SLP Overall excellent supervisory support I never felt lost or alone

I just completed my CFY with City Sounds and I am so grateful and happy for this experience. I had the support and guidance by the office staff and supervisors. They always responded and put me on the path I needed to go. I started out my CFY at another agency and left because City Sounds showed that they actually cared me treated me better and helped me grow professionally. Amazing leaders husband and wife duo amazing administration staff and most importantly amazing support. I have been with CSNY since my CF placement and have to say this agency is one of the most professional organized and attentive I have worked for. They have numerous placements in various settings so you will never be low on hours. They always pick up the phone and answer all questions so you will always have guidance. Lastly they listen to the therapist and always put their needs first. I HIGHLY recommend CSNY as a place of work as I have been here many years with a smile on my face throughout.

City Sounds is an awesome place I am a graduate student intern at City Sounds with Meredith Gennaro CCC-SLP as my supervisor.I have learned so much from her and I feel super welcomed by all of the knowledgeable and hardworking City Sounds staff. At City Sounds each client has a treatment plan catered to their individual needs whereas other places Ive noticed this is not always the case.Ive also observed continued correspondence with parents and professionals e.g. neuropsychologists occupational therapists etc. to make for a really collaborative and effective approach in helping clients improve their speech and language.

I am the co-director of a small nursery school in lower Manhattan. Since 2013 we have had several speech pathologists from City Sounds on site working with children receiving speech and language services through the DOE. Without exception they have been highly skilled professional therapists who have worked well with a range of children with parents and with teachers.Although my program is a general education program we have been working with children with special needs for over 20 years and can honestly say that the therapists from City Sounds stand out in a superior way
