Bizarre experiences here. I chose this place because its in walking distance but likely wont return. First of all the place is super outdated. It looks like it hasnt been changed since the 80s or 90s. Second it feels like they dont believe air conditioning exists because its like walking into a furnace here. For both appointments they called beforehand asking if I could come earlier so they could go home earlier. I purposely booked later in the day appointments because of work. If you dont want late in the day appointments dont schedule them Then I got my cleaning and Ive never had any dentist numb my gums for that ever in my life but they did it here. I asked about it and they said it was because their equipment is old and bothers some people. The numbing was super unpleasant both in taste and feeling. Then they said I needed sealant on my molars so they scheduled another visit. I came back not enthused because it was covered by insurance. They then told me that I might have to come back again because they didnt know if they could do it all in one day. It took maybe 20 min tops... how could you not do it in one day It seems like they were just trying to make more money. The doctor herself felt somewhat rude ans uncaring and was very rough working in my mouth and I didnt appreciate her demeanor. The receptionist told me I might need anesthesia and I was like for sealant So I asked the doctor and she was like who told you that And then the receptionist denied saying it like she was gaslighting me. Did not care for this place at all.

This review is long overdue. Ive been coming to City Dental for over 10 years. Dr. Galina is very personable professional and does excellent work. Lana office manager is so easy to work with organized and always has a good attitude when I speak to her. Foster dental assistant is so helpful always has a great attitude and does great work. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Whenever I visit City Dental I receive smiles from all of their staff andI depart the office with a great smile. Dr. Galina exhibits exceptional skills in cosmetic dentistry.Consequently upon returning home I observe myself in the mirror noting a younger appearance. My visits to the City Dental office always thoroughly enjoyable and the most recent dental work was absolutely fantastic. Awarding five stars seems inadequate but it represents the best I can do. I wish to express my gratitude to Lana for rescheduling my appointment to an earlier day accommodating my travel

I have been coming to my dentist here for 22 yrs. and shes great and the stuff are very friendly and helpful I love that is one of the few places that do see you right at your appointment time I travel over from Bakersfield CA to Hollywood to see them and the traveling here to see my Dentist is well worth it.
