Absolutely horrible.. rarely communicates.. never found me a job.. multiple staff members quitting over and over again.. new staff member never reading other staff members notes frustrating me to high hell when I get asked the same questions..Youre rolling the dice with this place ever getting you a job and if they do be ready for just a basic job theyre not good at finding anything special for you..

This company by far was the most shadiest company from day one I was targeted by two employeescoordinators the constently tried to bully me and when I spoke up for myself they made rude comments through out the office about me more importantly I had parents who made several complaints about the staff in the office to me and what makes it worst is a lady came up to me to report something she saw about a client i didnt see what happened but the lady described the two girls staff from are company she saw involved I then reported it to a staff in the office and nothing was done about it they dont put there clients first and and have had many reports that many of there older staff neglect there clients ive had clients tell me that other staff there never helped them or even listened to them just talked amongst there selves but when I tried to report it the office staff targeted me and wouldnt stop it got so bad I had to take off from work it was the most awful experience Ive ever had working any where....

An awesome service organization

I wont mention the Managers name but she has targeted me from the start of me working there she is very biased acts like she cares but doesnt she does not value the well being of her counselors and covers up what the clients have done. The experience working there started out well until the manager targeting me. I have been written up for situations which were beyond my control I dont receive the support I need to get the job done even when I have communicated with my coordinator I was still the main focus of the blame the coordinator does not vouch for their counselors. The Unit training meetings does not focus on the essential needs of the clients the needs of the clients are important especially when the clients who are adults still will illustrate challenging behaviors but the solutions are never addressed we were just told to use our imagination but utilizing our imagination may not suit the other clients that need equal attention . If you are considering working for this organization I wouldnt advise it.
