CIL of South Central Pennsylvania

CILSCPA serves People with Disabilities, any one, any age, any disability in Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Fulton, Huntingdon, Indiana and Somerset Counties. Together, we’ll create your personal “life plan” enabling and equipping you to define and achieve your goals! This CILSCPA strives through advocacy and collective action to remove physical and attitudinal barriers that prevent People with Disabilities (PwD) from exercising their rights, achieving personal independence, and participating fully in the life of the community. Programs, services and trainings provided by this CILSCPA teach consumers to take responsibility for their own abilities to live independently.
