About Christopher Wecks
I am a parent advocate working in policy and private advocacy in the special education and medical arenas in California. I've worked with the state to redesign CCS eligibility requirements, and worked at state, SELPA and school district levels to improve special education. Most regularly, I assist parents in qualifying for public services and in advocating for their children in IEPs. I am, myself, the parent of a child with multiple disabilities, as well as an adopted child requiring some special sevices.
