Christine H. Anninos

Christine comes to special education advocacy with a M.Ed. plus 60 (special education law, policy, and instruction) and 35+ years of experience in all areas of Special Education. Her experience includes special education consultant, special education advocate, special education instructor, developmental therapist, and IEP program developer. Christine currently works at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC as an Education Advocate for medically fragile and children with multiple disabilities.

As an Education Advocate, Christine ensures children with disabilities receive equitable access to education including appropriate placement and related services. Acting as a liaison in meetings between parents and personnel, Christine provides an understanding of language, process, and procedure, while assisting parents navigate the special education process.
