The first time I saw Kelly was for PTSD. With her help I healed in 2 years. Then I got PPD and she helped me through that time. I have gone back a few times for various issues over the years since then. I have always been grateful for how she was able to help me heal and cope. I have not had issues with scheduling or anything that others have expressed.

Check your credit card statements and add it all up. They will overcharge you with no explanation. Multiple charges to my card do not align with corresponding appointment dates and multiple charges are random numbers - not the set amount I should be paying after being processed through insurance. It seems that their goal may be to make it confusing so that you dont notice or question any extra charges sent your way. Shady business practices. When I reached out asking for an explanation of costs in early May I was told the accountant would reach out to me in a day or two. This was now 40 days ago. I am still waiting despite sending 3 or 4 follow up emails the last 2 of which they did not reply to. They will take money from you and then ghost you. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

the worst experience and I have ever had. Considering this is supposed to help people with mental health. I had gone online and registered once unfortunately we had to cancel our appointment I called two days in advance to cancel the appointment. They told me I would not be able to reschedule. I called my health insurance company and complained they had talked to them and allowed me too reschedule. They had sent me an email with my registration information I did not re-sign up given I just had a week or so before. They sent me a following email confirming my appointment time and date. Then we were logged on waiting for the counselor and got nothing. I called and left a voicemail the receptionist said they couldnt reschedule because they are full so what we wouldnt have had a second appointment Im not one to complain or really write reviews but this place does not care if they did maybe they would have called to explain it to me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I cant speak for the therapist but the office is awful.

Kelly has absolutely changed my life. Ive been to a few therapists in the last few years and they ALL fell short compared to Kelly . Choices is a small comfortable environment who didnt hesitate to start telehealth at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic. I cant imagine trusting anyone else with my health.

Didnt help me work thru issues I had expressed i wanted to work on. Only focused on one negative part of my life and didnt seem too compassionate or sympathetic to her clients. Cancelled within 24 hours and was charged 110 as a cancel fee for not giving 3 days notice even when I tried to cancel thru the reminder email web link and it sends me to an error message. Dont waste your time with this place.

I made my first initial appointment and when I got the email explaining my first appointment cost I was unable to afford it and asked to more my appointment to any later date possible was told that they were booked.forever No this place only cares about your money not about the therapy that they SAY they care so much about. Cold people work here.

Im surprised to read the negative reviews here. Ive only had good experiences with Kelly whom I saw frequently for a few years. She offered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which I found very effective and freeing. I highly recommend Kelly.

I waited weeks on the waiting list to get an appointment with a counselor got my virtual appointment scheduled and the day of I was late to my virtual appointment because of connection issues. When I called and explained the issue I was told it was too late and there was no way for this to be rescheduled at all and I could not make any new appointment and the lady on the phone was not very nice about it.This shows they care more about the money than your mental health.

First appointment today with Kelly who said she was all done after less than 10 min with me. Worst experience Ive ever had it will be next to impossible attempting to go through this process again. No greeting no introduction at a place where youd hope to feel secure and welcome I felt the most anxiety imaginable.

Ive been coming here for quite a while now and I have to say that Im beyond thankful for Kelly. She is kind and patient and has helped me overcome so much. Choosing a place to start the healing process can be hard but you wont regret doing it here.
