I just retired from there after 18 years and 10 months

Employee one name miss Tammy she the devil She told employees thats she was going to get and employee fired and she work hard to do it She is the reason why chromes cant keep good workers. This lady got upset because of a employee change there hours . To work with there children The employee at the job told the one employee that they could change bother hours . Miss Tammy lied and said no they couldnt once they reported it miss Tammy got very upset and started making Trouble for the good employees. She done this plenty of times . And there a director name ken he didnt listen to any report that was valid from the employee he only listen to Tammy . Yes Tammy is a long term employee so she got pull. And can make your life miserable. She even played the employee after they reported her and gave a gift telling the employees that she didnt give her grand kids. Why would u do that my thoughts But then she plotted until she came up with a problem right at Christmas took and harass the victim and they put him on leave so they children could not have nothing for there Christmas She abused her Authority and kicked and hollered until something happened because she Discriminated against gender I guess she thinks because hes a male black male he cant raise his own children. I am disgusted by her behavior looking into the situation. And she dont get no discipline nor did any Director service come to the home and investigate with other employees about Miss Tammys behavior. The employees are sick of her and not only that.there scared of her She need to be fired immediately And I will protest until she do

HATE THIS PLACE EMPLOYEES ARE UNAPPRECIATED AND UNDERPAID. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT CHANGE POLICIES TO BENEFIT THEMSELVES. WHEN STAFF REPORTS ANYTHING UNETHICAL IT IS SWEPT UNDER THE RUG. THE COORDINATOR AT THE NEW CASTLE FACILITY IS PERMITTED TO BRING HIS CHILD TO WORK USE THE COMPANY VEHICLE FOR HIS PERSONAL USE AND STAFF IS PERMITTED TO SPRAY AIR FREASHENER ON THE INDIVIDUALS IF SHE THINKS THEY DONT SMELL GOOD. WHEN YOU REPORT FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION FOR A INDIVIDUAL SERVED YOU ARE THE ONE WHO GETS REPRIMANDED AND TOLD YOU SHOULD HAVE MINDED YOUR BUSINESS. CHIMES IS A JOKE MY TRAINING FROM ALMOST A YEAR AGO IS STILL INCOMPLETE BECAUSE THE PROGRAM COORDINATORS ARE LAZY I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE THE HOSPITAL AMA BECAUSE THE PROGRAM COORDINATORS WOULD NOT DO THEIR JOB A STATE INVESTIGATION IS IN PROGRESS AND THERE IS A REASON CHIMES CANNOT GET THEIR LICENSE AND ARE ONLY GIVEN TEMPORARY ONES BECAUSE THEY ARE COMMITTING MEDICAID FRAUD

The Chimes was unable to share with me my disabled sisters condition regarding bruisings communication issues involving my disabled sisters condition. She was recently hospitalized and the ongoing bruises which have been explained as a result of her making her bed resulted in old faded bruises all along her forearm and raised red bloody welts on her right forearm.The Chimes staff and employees are engaged in a game with the state of Delaware which primarily concerns covering the states ass as well as any Chimes employees.To that end for answers I will be contacting Delaware Disability Law so my disabled sister no longer has to suffer the abuses of the stare or the employees of Chimes. She is never going to be more than four and a half years old emotionally is highly suggestible easily manipulated and at the mercy of those who care for her.She has been used to attack loving family members who show concern and both the state and The Chimes assume the position of covering their backsides using my disabled sister against her loving Family challenging her limited coping skills which neither The Chimes nor the state of Delaware consider to be important enough to protect.To that end they have isolated my sister coached her on what to say in front of a judge and many other methods of manipulation that frankly boggle the mind of anyone who genuinely knows what its like to have a sibling or loved one with a severe handicap.

I hated that place it wasnt good the staff there were uncaring and selfish. The bathrooms were always dirty. Fights broke out there constantly.
