Children's Therapy Network Inc. - Ventura

We started going to CTN for ST 5 weeks ago and initially loved them but they cancelled on us 2 out of the first 4 weeks.Today we completely forgot about the visit and they told us they were going to charge us 95 which is their fee for less than 24 hour notice no show. I understand that it was our fault but its ridiculous that they can cancel on us the same day once with about an hour notice but they want charge us for not giving a 24 hour notice. Yes they did offer to reschedule those 2 visits but effectively its a cancellation.I ended up canceling all future visits as Id rather take my son somewhere that can be more consistentreliable.

We love CTN And we especially love working with Cynthia. Cynthia and my daughter have built a great relationship and she always has great activitiesexercises planned for her sessions. The Newbury park location where we attend has a great kids gym set up and tons of available equipment to utilize. From climbing swinging sliding to jumping and ball pits My daughter has a great time at her physical therapy sessions. Its been very beneficial for her. Thank you CTN

Both of our littles go to Cynthia at Childrens Therapy Network and she is phenomenal we are so impressed with her ability to engage the kids get them to cooperate and make progress with their gross motor skills. Also CTN is very responsive and went above and beyond to help us when we had difficulty with insurance approval. We are so happy with CTN

I had a terrible experience here with my child diagnosed for speech delay. The therapy assistant was mediocre and only played with my son and the toys. There was no structure activity or goal behind any of the sessions. But what really gave me a bad experience was the fact that they dropped my childs reoccurring appoints for no reason they could not explain or tell me why. They had very little apology for the situation and told me they could only give me a new daytime slot because his had already been filled.This was all after I had woken my son up from nap to come to his appointment. I had previously called trying to reach someone to confirm his appointment for the day. Yes I made sure I called multiple times and not during lunch they had no explanation for why the phone was not answered. I could go on and say more but just know I had a terrible experience ending in multiple mommy tears. I tried to express my concerns at a later time and again I ended up crying. I would not recommend this center to anyone I know.

My family loves CTN Everyone there is very courteous and professional. Their Clinical Coordinator Jessica Vital is outstanding and on top of everything. My son sees Dr. Cynthia Hughell. She is a PT DPT she has earned a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Cynthia is a fantastic and phenomenal therapist. She is by far the best therapist that my son has ever had during his 7 years of life. Not only is she impressively knowledgeable and dedicated in creating an effective treatment plan for her clients but she is also compassionate to deliver it in a way that best fits the clients style to make it fun and engaging. That makes so much difference because instead of my son complaining about PT sessions and saying he doesnt like them like it was the case with other PTs he looks forward to his PT sessions with Cynthia because he loves how she delivers them. He doesnt even notice how hard he is working every time. That shows how talented and amazing Cynthia isOne thing to highlight is that my son has PT sessions virtually. At first we were skeptical about how effective or engaging virtual PT would be. However after our first session with Cynthia all worries went away. My son loves his PT sessions and asks when he will see Cynthia again. Besides her expertise and knowledge on the tailored treatment plangoals that she created for my child Cynthia is very humane and empathetic. She takes the time to look for movie characters that he likes to have a Word doc with pictures that work as a reward for him so he does all of the exercises we need him to do just to see the pictures. Isnt she amazing She has a different theme every session and my son loves them CTN highly-qualified clinicians will provide to you real therapy with real results differently from many clinics out there. We strongly recommend and love CTN and Cynthia. If you give them a try you will as well.

I have been bringing my son to OT with Erica and she is awesome Very professional and engaging. My son has always had a difficult time adapting to new people and environment and with Erica its like if hes known her forever. Shes so sweet and loving my son loves her

When my son was born premature and was in the NICU for several weeks I was afraid to bring him home. I was afraid that I would not know how to care for him. We were referred to Childrens Therapy Network and a therapist came to our home. Therapy services were recommended and we began to work with my son in our own home. The therapists at CTN helped to teach me how to be my boys best teacher. He is now eating solid foods crawling everywhere and doing great. Thank you CTN.

I loved the warm and caring personality of the therapists who worked with our family. They took the time to learn what our needs and concerns were and then incorporated that into therapy which was done in the comfort of our home. Not only did my daughter improve in her speech and feeding delays but we as a family felt we learned skills to help our daughter. Thank you
