I have been taking my children to CSLS for over two years now and have always been extremely impressed. Their therapists are wonderful--extremely experienced and knowledgable. My younger sons therapist even went so far as to go observe at his school. Their billing manager Ayana is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to work with you and your insurance company to ensure services that should be covered are. I really cant say enough nice things about this practice.

BEWARE Unfair billing I was charged for an hour of services after only 12 hour of services was provided. Further I was told before arriving that CSLS would file with my insurance company as a third party which they did not. When I inquired I was informed that I was supposed to return for a second 1 hour evaluation at which point they would file two hours with the insurance company. When pressed on why I was being charged for an hour of services when I only received 12 hour I was told that they normally spend 12 hour of evaluation and 12 hour discussing what was learned from the evaluation which for us never happened. CSLS has refused to accurately bill me for the services rendered.
