Children's Healthcare Associates - Northbrook

Weve been patients of Childrens Healthcare Associates in Chicago and after we moved to the suburbs we switched to the Northbrook Office. We had many closer to home options but we never thought twice about switching to a different practice. Weve seen many doctors at CHA especially Dr. Lyons Shapiro and Waterman. They have always been outstanding. The office always finds availability for appointments and are available for after hours issues. We highly recommend this group.

It was not a hard choice for me to find a pediatricians office when I had my son. I knew Childrens Healthcare had the best of the best doctors there because this is where I went when I was a baby until I was 18. My son actually had the same doctor that I had growing up for the first two years of his life. I was very sad to see her retire but not worried about finding a new doctor within the practice. We have been seeing Dr. Waterman for the last 3 years and now she sees my baby girl. She is so helpful and personable. She is very knowledgable and listens to all the questions that you can come up with.The new office expansion is great. It allows for extra rooms and they have enough toys and books in the waiting room that we actually stay after our appointments to play. But we are never waiting for more than a few minutes to be called back to our room. The nurses are fantastic. They are kind patient and thorough. We all know it can be a whirlwind with kids but they always handle everything so smoothly. The nurses are very helpful over the phone and relay messages to the doctors in an appropriate time frame.Two generations have been going to this practice so it should be obvious that the doctors and the nurses are phenomenal. I would recommend this practice to anyone that wants to have a stress free and enjoyable doctor experience for their family.

CHA in Northbrook has been an amazing pediatrician for our 3 kids. We have been going there for 2 years now. They have very warm and knowledgeable staff as well as accommodate scheduleslast min needs. We have been very happy for our provider Lori who has is amazing with kids and makes each appointment fun

We did not have to wait saw doctor right away. Everyone is friendly and professional administrators doctors and nurses. My kids have been patients at this practice for 18 years.

I have been bringing both of my children here for a little over 3-4 years. We absolutely love all the doctors and NPs here The times Ive had to call and speak with the nurses they are very knowledgeable and super kind The docs and NPs are very kind caring and their bedside manners are impeccable. The entire staff is great. A big plus is also the times Ive called when my kiddos are sick they have been very accommodating to get us in the same day for a sick appointment. I highly recommend this pediatrician office to anyone looking for a brand-new pediatrician or to transfer here. Its also a plus that when we call for appointments I speak with someone in the actual office and not a call center Big thumbs up for Childrens Healthcare

My children have been patients of this Northbrook office since 2010. We started out with my youngest son who has Autism w Dr. Ben Kaye God rests his soul we also moved our other children to see the drs here as well. We have always been very pleased with their services appt times along with their flexibility and the care that they have provided my children throughout these years. My kids are getting to that age where they will need adult care in a couple of years and I can not think of any better service they will find somewhere else. The ladies answering the phones know my voice when I call....how great is that The nurses know my kids and they are always great. The drs really take the time to explain listen to their patients and do thorough checkups. So if you are in need of caring professional and great drs....well these are it The entire office administration is and has always taken good care of us.

I appreciate Dr. Monroe and the entire staff at CHA. They are incredibly kind knowledgeable responsive and communicative. I feel so thankful to have been in the orbit to support the health and development of my kids.
