Children's Dental Fun Zone - Ontario

The Ontario Dental FunZone is my childrens favorite dentist. They LOVE coming here They love their dentist hes very nice professional loving. We have other dentist closer to home but theres no way we could ever imagine switching our dentist. All my children have been coming here for a years now so far NO cavities Im beyond grateful for them. And did I mentioned they always have some type of surprise for the kids balloons glitter tattoos stickers small toys its always something new with them my kids always come out with a smile for receiving such a wonderful service amazing treatment that is priceless to me The entire staff here are friendly overall EXCELLENT I highly recommend them.

This was our first time here and we were there for two and a half hours. I understand being a first time patient is a process but its never taken this long anywhere else. I thought to come here because of Yelp and it was closer but still 20 min away that was not worth it in my opinion. It was an hour before I was notified the forms were not found when I had been alerted via text prior 3X to complete them. It showed complete all 3X. When I asked the front desk how much longer after 90 min she told me not much longer and I told her how long it been. She just replied with we needed to verify insurance. I never been where it took 90 min to verify insurance. Please dont call me for follow up or even to do the treatment plans. Ill go back where I was and travel there.

I want to thank very much Sarah and Andrea for their good treatment of my son Carlos. The last visit was with Sarah and we were very happy with this visit.I would also like to thank the doctor because I was afraid of a visit about two weeks ago because I knew what would be done during that visit...but it went very easily and everything turned out fine.I also thank Rose at the Front Desk for here cooperation.

I came in this morning with my 1 year old and had the best experience possible. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Maria and Marvin made my son feel comfortable during his X-Rays and we did not struggle at all going to the dentist for the first time Highly recommend this place thank you all

Everyone was great They took care of my son and were filled with compassion which I appreciate. He walked out of the office smiling. I will bring him back for all his dental checkups.

This is the second time I have brought my kids to this place. The first time is a routine check-up. This time we need treatment. The kids were asked not to eat and drink. Since its Monday kids are also not able to go to school. Just 10 minutes before my appointment I received a call saying my insurance had issues at the time I was already at the clinic. and I called the insurance company to confirm. My insurance doesnt have any issues. Shows the front desk my insurance website page and the details. I didnt bring the insurance card since this is the second time. They already got the info they needed at first time. But the front desk still refused to let us do the treatment. The reason is she cant see it on her computer. In the end We had to leave after 1 hour of calling and talking with the front desk.We waited an hour for our first appointment. Apparently they are very busy and overbooking. But the doctor is good.But this second experience was really unacceptable. Why we didnt get notified in advance if there was a problem with our insurance My kids didnt go to school and couldnt eat and drink till 1130 stuck at this place.And most unacceptable thing is I called and confirmed the insurance has no issues at all.This is so ridiculous.

The staff was very nice. I personally did not care for the layout of the patient chairs once the appointment started. Many patients in one huge room felt impersonal and could be overwhelming for children. They did have balloons and toys for our daughter which was a nice touch. My review is just based off of having 4 kids and having used many different dental offices in the past 13 years.

A very good childrens dental clinic The staff are all very nice and the name of the boy who took the x-ray is Marvin. H is also very patient with children and very responsible for his work. There is also a place where children can draw while waiting as soon as they enter the door. It is also a good idea for children. It was not boring while we were waiting. The staff who cleaned my daughters teeth were also very gentle and gentle so that the child would not be nervous. It was really a good dentistry

Marvin A is Awesome My son suffers from autism spectrum and I was so nervous coming for the appointment. But then we met Marvin and he is remarkableMarvin had my son in out the door in no time. Marvin is not just extremely efficient quick He is really thoughtful understanding with the kiddos.My visit at Dental FunZone in Ontario was the best experience Ive ever seen my son have at a Drs Office.
