I am completely happy with the orthodontic treatment my daughter is receiving. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The manager is attentive and friendly. Her ortho dentist Moadel is straightforward and will tell you exactly what your child needs. We have been coming her for a little over a year and are satisfied every visit.

Dr. Matthew Moadel is a genius. I took my child after several other consults and he was able to FINISH my childs braces without taking out any teeth I learned along the way that orthodontists like to take shortcuts by removing teeth just to get the job done faster and easier.Then theres more. Hes kind and has an amazing bedside manner.The office is very busy but theres a reason why. You get the best care at amazing prices too.The icing on the cake is that they have the best prices.I wholeheartedly recommend this office to all my fiends and family.

My daughter had such an amazing experience the office is decorated to a childrens wonderland and the staff are so kind

This is a good dental place for my daughter but I gave 4 stars because they never answer the phone or if they do they take hours to answer your phone call. You can never get a hold of them over phone. They recommend leaving a voicemail but they do not call back because Ive done this before. I would recommend this is something they should work on

I brought my 5 year old twin daughters in for their check up I was probably more nervous then my daughters but the staff was very comforting nice...

Very very surprised on how well my daughter reacted here. Normally you cant go into a dentist office without them crying. They are really friendly and professional. Dr.Cruz was very professional and was even singing frozen songs while treating my daughter. My daughter was so calm and relaxed that they where able to finish everything in one day so need for another visit. My daughter had a wonderful experience and they even gave her a toy. I highly recommend you take your child here. Due to Covid you must wait outside until invited in. My only issue which isnt their fault is parking is very limited.

Customer service skills are really great I have yet to take my children in but the lady who answered the phone i wish i could remember her name Elizabeth I believe not sure but she was great answered all my questions and was very patient. I have yet to take my kids in but so far great experience.

Loving this place Took my kids here to get checked out and the doctors and staff are so caring and kind. And most importantly my kids feel comfortable here as well. Dr. Matt the orthodontist is very knowledgeable and he could sense that my son was a little nervous and so he took the time to explain the whole process to him and they were best friends by the end of the appointment. Im going to be starting my own braces with him the next time I come in

If I could give zero stars I would Stay away this was my horrible experience I called to make an appointment I waited about an hour before someone picked up just to put me on hold for another hour once they finally picked up they where rushed and rude I got an appointment for my toddler I didnt think much of it until the appointment. I showed up to the appointment and upon arrive I give them the name and the appointment time the girl at the door tells me that she cant find the name on the list so I show her the questioner they had sent me on text to fill out and the confirmation text messages they sent me the day before and the day of. She processed to telling me that she would put her name and check at the front desk she comes back after 30 minutes and I ask what the wait time is once again she says she will check and return. She never returns but another person comes out to tell me my daughters insurance was not valid I tell her that it couldnt be possible because its valid and that I had just taken her to her primary dental place a couple days before but I was referred to them. She tells me to call and make a new appointment I proceed to asking how much it would be out of pocket for her to get seen their and then she then tells me the price and I try to get her seen paying out of pocket but she basically tells me not to She says to just call my insurance and come back. I had a bad gut feeling so once I arrived home I called the insurance and they tell me its working perfectly and they dont understand why they would tell me that it wasnt. Over all they were not prepared they were rude and they lied to me saying her insurance didnt work just so she wouldnt get seen. They could have told me that they made a mistake and that they had to manny appointments or something but not lied to me. Overall they wasted my time they gave me a very bad experience and they lied I wouldnt recommend them for children at all

We have been to this office about 3 times now. Wait times are not too bad. Expect to wait Just a bit they call your child within a reasonable time of arrival. My son had his 2 bottom teeth pulled. The dentist and her assistant were great. They explained the process as they were going and my six year old was very calm throughout the process because of the approach. They also played a movie while it was being done which is such a great distraction. Highly recommend.

My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Shay she needed a crown on her front tooth and 2 fillings and let me tell she didnt shed a tear shes 4 from the receptionist Aide Dr. assistant Lupe and The Doctor these 3 ladies went above and beyond to make us very comfortable they were aware it was her 1st time getting treated. Im a very happy parent from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you for making this a very smooth and comfortable day
