We really like Children First Pediatrics everyones very friendly and helpful. Since my son was born we have been seeing Dr. Weich he is the best takes his time to see the kids and connects well with them. My son loves Dr. Weich. Keep up the great work

From the front desk to the doctor everyone was friendly and welcoming. They were also efficient and thorough. I had both my kiddos in for a new patient visit with some history to go over. We never felt rushed and Dr. Fishman dedicated time and energy to all our concerns. Highly recommend

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. My daughter is now 8 yrs old and has been going here since birth only for annual check ups thank god until one day ofcourse I really needed a sick appointment. I have no issues with the doctors but the administrators and staff are horrible. You can never get an appointment without waiting for a more than a month even when you tell them its urgent and your child needs to be seen asap----and ofcourse you have to be on hold for more than an hour on the phone to even get someone to talk to you. they are more into following their schedules than accommodate the well being of your child. And more over when i asked to get my childs medical records bc obviously Ill be moving to another pediatrician i paid and submitted all the forms more than a month ago to be mailed to me called several times to check on status was put on hold for 30 min or more for each call was told to keep waiting until i decided to go there and get it myself And sat there to make sure they refunded the amount I paid bc again i was told it was going to be refunded in a day or so---ya right---and i have to call and be on hold more to get status on that as well right. Sooo unprofessional and inefficient. VERY DISSAPPOINTING

I hope I can select 0 star. My family just moved here from Florida. We tried to schedule my kid a annual checkout. However they hold me for a long time. At first they scheduled and appointment for us which is fine. Then one week before the appointment we just called them to confirm it. But I was told our appointment was canceled because they did not get complete medical record from the pediatric office we went before. The problem was they canceled my appointment without noticing me and there was no communication between us. Then we tried to get the record and mail it to them then the appointment was delayed until my son get 2 and half which supposed to be when he getting 2 years old. I dont know if the doctors are good there since we dont have chance to visit their doctors. But I think if you want to get a better experience and want your kids to be treated well just try to stay away from Children First Pediatrics.

My son has been a patient for about a year. We have had a smooth check in process with all visits. In room wait time is as expected not bad not great but this is how it is with all doctors offices it seems. Nurses PAs and doctors have all been professional and knowledgeable. The one hassle that I have found is the check out process at other offices they take my co-pay during check in or as I leave childrens first waits until insurance processes so it seems like I constantly have a co-pay bill to go online and pay.

Just moved to this practice and so far not a great first impression. They charge 50 to hold a well visit appt but I had to call and ask to have it refunded over a week after the appt. They also do not offer school health forms there like our old practice. You have to physically bring them in and if you forget you have to pay to have them completed. The waiting room was full of screaming babies it was uncomfortable. However our provider was nice and very thorough.

Dr. Weich is the best pediatricians Ive ever had. My children have been patients to Dr. wages for the past 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Ive also got to see other doctors and they are wonderful. I highly recommend this practice particularly Dr. watch to everybody

The experience we had was TRAUMATIC. I will preface this by saying that we have been in a few times for routine visits for a newborn and our interactions with the doctor were fine however our last visit was horrific.After the doctor examined our child the nurse came in to administer some vaccinations - the baby was asleep which was great however the nurse nurse Nicky I believe was talking so loudly for no apparent reason and it started waking the baby so we politely asked if she could talk a little quieter so that we can have a nice calm experience. Not only did she not lower her voice she began talking even louder. Our child wakes up because of this and starts crying. She then just stands there with the oral medication just watching our baby cry. Once we somehow get through that this woman says that I cant hold my child while she gives her the shots and that I have to put her on the examination table - even though last time with different nurses that was not an issue. Once we put the baby on the table next thing we know she says we have to PIN OUR BABYS HANDS DOWN ABOVE HER HEAD. Before we can even react to that and realize whats going on shes pinning our babys knees down and sticking needles in her legs. There were RED MARKS on our babys knees from where she was holding her down. Its been weeks and I regularly have flashbacks to that moment and it makes me sick to my stomach. I cannot express how horrible I feel for putting my child anywhere near such a nasty person - not only should people like that not be anywhere around children but they should simply not be in healthcare of any kind. Its sickening.
