Our focus is to maximize the potential of every child with a holistic approach to therapy. We believe that a child of any age is connected to their family, friends, and community and makes a valuable contribution to our world.
If you care about your kids then you will not go to this service. It took a while to get appointment. Absolutely no concern and on the day of the appointment they call 15 minutes before the appt to say that therapist has another appt with a different child. How is that possible. It happened many times and they wont even apologize for the mistake.I will NOT go here and if you really Love your child then you should not either.

We truly enjoy this company. We see Melinda for speech and Amy for PT and they are remarkable. They go above and beyond. My kiddo has significant progress. In the Summer we do aquatic therapy she loves it.

The therapists are great here My son receives speech OT and PT. They are all working to maximize his potential. He was dismissed from another practice for being too delayed. However Child and Family takes all levels of clients. The front desk staff is very friendly Keep up the good work

If I could give less then 1 star I certainly would. This doctors office has turned away one of my Chinese exchange students who has concerns and who has reached out for help. As he feels he has troubles and is coping with life as autistic but with no diagnosis. This office has contacted me and cancelled the appointments saying they cant help. Ive worked with autistic students before some dont even speak but are tested. Please explain to me how they cant help him when he speaks 2 languages I even offered an adult who would be able to stand in as a translator if there were extensive questions that were needed to be asked. I am shocked they would deny this student help. So disappointed in this facility.

They didnt seem to be receptive of what we had to say about our child . They kept insisting that the child is on spectrum but didnt offer any other insight to how we can proceed. The psychologist didnt help me understand whats going on with my child she just kept insisting she is seeing concerns but nothing beyond that

Services were provided from 2006 - 2012. Huge advocate for their counseling services and occupational services I greatly miss them I most certainly recommend to a colleague friend or family member

They seem to only care about money. Their internet dropped my phone appointment. I was charged full amount despite only receiving half of my session which cost 117.They refused to bill my insurance for testing. They are also refusing to diagnose. If I pay another 1000 they can diagnose.The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. While booking my teenage childs in person appointment I stated I would need to leave the premise but would return shortly and the person booking the appointment stated that was fine. At check in I was told that this is against their policy and was berated by the staff. Highly unprofessional.Every interaction with the front staff has been as if I was an inconvenience. From questions about filling out forms check in which building to go too. Dont expect civility from them at all. I am shocked by this.It was really hard to book the appointment and I had to talk with the office manager after trying on several different occasions. I needed reading evaluations done on my teenage child. The front staff kept on insisting that I needed a full psychological educational evaluation. Those cost about 2000. The testing that I am needing done cost about 600.They are refusing to diagnose anything for 600. I believe this is another tactic to receive more money.During our phone consult the therapist reiterated twice that she thought my son needed a full psychological educational evaluation. He had one recently done and the therapist knew this. I find this very unprofessional. Please note they required a costly phone consult on top of the 600.We had used them before for OT services and they were amazing. We will not be using their phycologicaleducational services again. I am out almost 1000 and hope it was worth it. I will update this after I receive testing results.

Very unfriendly customer service. The management has to consider hiring professionals to answer phone calls in order to start developing business. They have no intentions to work things out. Im glad that my business with them did not go any further other than just exchanging phone callsthat was enough. And yes like in this case sometimes you have to pay attention to the reviews

Had a really bad experience with this place. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way regarding their cancellations fee even though I had not been there in over a year and had completely forgot about it.They ended up using an old file that had my signature to charge me. Which might be very illegal Super sketchy place I wouldnt recommend it.Be very careful when asking for just information or enrollments. They might charge you for it

My son has been a client for many years now and the team at Child Family have been consistently amazing We have had both PT and OT there with a variety of different providers and every single provider has been intuitive and extremely attentive to my childs needs. If you need PT or OT for your little one ask for Amy or Gail the others are just as good but those two I have personal experience with. There is probably a wait for a regular time slot- but it is completely worth it
