They wont help military families and will not listen when you explain how BAH works. Instead they wanna counted as regular income and tell you how youre over qualified. I went through hell the past month and a half making me send them pay stubs for over 12 months for my husband and myself since they couldnt understand what a military paycheck is. Dont even try it.. its really sad because I used to work for this company and seen how they have gone downhill. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone definitely not putting anybody through the hell that I went through the past month and a half. I told him from the beginning if you count the BAH I will be over income because it is not considered income not even to the IRS. However again they did not want to listen. Its really sad and disappointing to know. But I hope that saves people stress and time.

Youre better off throwing your kids to the wolves. No appointments on time no one answers the phone and The front desk employees are very rude. Never again.

They never answer the phone. I have called different days at different times. I have left voice mails and they never return your calls. They are so unprofessional Worst place in the world The down side of living in the high desert.

Worst place ever to go through for helping a family member with childcare. They never pay you on time and the provider liasion never answer the phone.

I decided to open a daycare in my home and I wouldnt have been able to do it without this place. They threw a free class each Sat for 2 months and taught everyone exactly how to open a child care and all the rules. I even asked if they would come by my home and inspect it to make sure I passed the licensing inspection and they came through. They also throw classes on how to do daycare taxes and how to use daycare programs. They got me a refund for taking CPR classes they give away free books you can rent any of the toys there they also help you apply and pay for your teachers permit and they helped me make my own ad and made copies for me. The have a Quality Start program there too where they have a mentor tech you how to use the tools centers and schools use and they give you 3k to 15k depending on how you are rated to get items for your child care. ALL OF THIS STUFF WAS FREE. The children in my program are also funded by CCRC and they cover the cost of their child care for working parents so I dont have to ask parents to pay anything. I dont know about being personally being funded for child care but everything else they do is amazing. They laminate stuff free for you and give you whatever resources they have to help parents and child care providers. I literally love this place.

Their customer service is horrible I turned in my paperwork 1 day too late because I am a busy working mom and they kicked me out of the program after having them for 3 years. I went to apply again and they said Im in a new category now stage 3 and that all of a sudden they have no funding and theyll give me a call when they have more funding which could be 1 to 3 years. What the heck What kind of help is that This place makes me so angry. Dont go here seeking help because they wont be able to help you. Horrible I wish I could give ZERO stars

Great service I turned my paper work in that same day of orientation and the other paper the following week and got approved fast That Thursday great company. If you want to know about your case just call them and check...

My worker...Aracely is the BEST Were all human so if she doesnt quite complete the task Mrs. Debra is guaranteed 2 do so Giving credit where credit is due Also the receptionist is changed frequently so beware of attitudes Blessings

very good place to receive help for your children nd a very selective play area lots of books nd toys.. staff is helpful with paperwork too

Worse place ever they say orientation starts at 10 didnt even start till almost 1040 not my fault other parents are lazy and cant get here on time
