Cherokee Health Systems

I have been going to Cherokee for several years. They treat me like a person not a number and thats tough to find these days Every staff member is friendly and helpful.

Nervous I wouldnt be. While Ive only been over there once myself I believe this is a good place to recieve treatment. Theyll take care of you.

My wife had an appointment early todaywe had gotten there 45 min. Before her appointment waited and waited she had never be calledthe appointment was for 1030 we waited until 1145 no call back the young lady at the desk said they were behind an HR finally we had to leavenot seeing the Dr bushkell. DiscouragedNot a good feeling.Ray English.

They get the job done followup they always ask if I have any needs and help. Communications is very good. Healthy functional system. Im not a paid actor Im a client

My experience at Cherokee Health Systems has been very good. The staff of doctors therapist counselors have helped me with my overall medical care any other social needs. This facility rates highly to me I would recommend anyone in need of outstanding medical care to consider Cherokee Health Systems.

Dr Witt is great for your medical needs. He has a very knowledgeable and kind nurse. This doctor knows the new technology and is wonderful with his bedside manner. Doctor Witt really takes time with his patients. For your mental health needs Dr Michael Hughes is a top notch caring and knowledgeable Psychiatrist.

When trying to book an appointment I was told they are booked out for the next 30 days and they only book out for 30 days out. This means you will have to call every single day until an appointment time becomes available. This seems to be a poor business practice for a health system. I was told it was a new practice they just started. Hopefully they will quickly realize ineffective this is. I am sure the people who have to answer the phone and speak to the same people through out the day are will quickly grow tired of this method as well.

They have a lot on their plates but they still make room for more. The thing is it doesnt feel like your being pushed aside like a bad tasting food or hurried along through your session like rushing to eat your dinner plate just to get to dessert. In the end everything still tasted good and you were full.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Doctor Palmer her and her staff went above and beyond to take care of my needs I was really surprised without their efforts it would have been a Lost cause I am very grateful for their help

Caring responsive staff. They answer all my questions and address my concerns. Appointments and sick appointments are easy to make. Affordable with and without insurance. I have been going to Cherokee for my primary care for years.
