I found Charlotte in the midst of confusion and high anxiety dealing with the district. I had issues with the IEP lack of communication with the teacher and administration and being able to take my child out for one morning of outside therapy.I chose her due to her extensive background in every position surrounding SpEd. Although she wasnt familiar with the particular district I reside in she sure does her research She is supportive and full of incredible resources and knowledge. She is responsive and someone who can bring light to all aspects parents may not understand about the district. She is incredible in writing or drafting correspondence IEP goals and knows the exact questions to ask the district for empowerment to be the best advocate for my child. I will continue to work with Charlotte as long as she stays in business Hiring her was one of the best decisions Ive made for my daughter myself and my family

I found Charlotte through a Google search when I was struggling with understanding the ARD process. After the first call with Charlotte I knew that she was a good match to partner with me and get the best arrangements for my son. She is a great listener and understood my frustrations and explained the process and options. We have worked together since January 2022 and she was integral in helping the ISD and myself put together a program for my son. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help advocating for their child.

We were having difficulty with the school district providing resources that our child needed and getting the teachers principal and counselor to listen to us. We heard about student advocates and found Charlottethankfully. She attended several ARD meetings with us and was able to get everything our child needed put into place. We cant thank her enough for everything she was able to accomplish. I wish we had known about her services sooner. It was worth every penny she charges

Charlotte is amazing to work with We had no clue where to begin to help our son with getting a 504 and once we reached out to Charlotte and added her to our team we were able to get the ball rolling for the things our son needed to be successful at school. I didnt realize some of the accommodations we could ask for until we worked with Charlotte. She is intimately familiar with how the whole 504 process works. She has worked as a special education educator for several years and has a child who also had their own struggles. She will work hard to advocate for what your child needs and prepares parents for what to look and ask for. I highly recommend her she is worth every penny

Working with Charlotte Dudley was amazing. She is very caring attentive and extremely sharp. The hardest thing for a parent of a special needs child was that I didnt know what I didnt know She was able to come in review all documentation we had and determine a game plan. She knew what was possible even when the school said No. When the school pushed back BEFORE we even had a meeting she knew exactly what to do strategically. It turned out the school never fully read my sons independent evaluations before making a decision She was able to bring that to light which was a game changer I never wouldve been able to accomplish the placement we received for my son without her help. After 5 12 years of working with the schools we were finally able to get my child where we wanted him to be. Charlottes experience working in Special Education and then later as a SPED Advocate was the level of expertise we needed on our side to work with the school district effectively. Had I known how helpful and crucial her experience would be we wouldve hired her years ago Money well well spent

I would highly recommend the services of Charlotte Dudley. This is the second time I have been working with her. I thought with my daughter being in a good school district she was getting all the services she needed but I couldnt be more wrong. Charlotte has a lot of experience especially with being a former special education teacher. She helped me point out areas that my daughter needed help with and made sure she got the services to address those needs.

Charlotte was a life saver for our sons ARD meeting. Without her I really dont think we could have gotten as much done with regard to his accommodations. She was thorough and took the time to understand the case and make sure we were taken seriously. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs to have a good teammate on their side when working with the school districts.

If your child has any form of a plan and requires an ARD meeting you need Charlotte. I thought I would understand everything on my own and be able to fight for my child but I was extremely wrong. Even after years of these meetings Charlotte catches so much I miss because I dont have the knowledge of what to ask for. My child has grown leaps and bounds through services once we hired Charlotte and got the proper accommodations in place. She is brilliant is an absolute bulldog in the best way and does not back down on getting what your child needs.

Ive been working with Mrs. Dudley for almost two years and shes amazing Shes the main reason my son has more services than his school was trying to offer. Shes extremely knowledgeable with the ARDIEP process and procedures. I have recommended her to my family members and friends. If your child has an ARD meeting scheduled and this is new to you please dont go alone.

My daughter has autism. I was very frustrated with the meeting for her annual IEP. It did not seem that the team was listening to my concerns. The school district did not want to incorporate in some of my ideas into my daughters IEP. I contacted a special education lawyer who highly recommended Charlotte. Charlotte has the background in special education and she was highly effective in dealing with the school district. Charlotte is professional. She gets the documents she needs before the meeting and she is prepared at the meeting. She was able to get some of my ideas Incorporated where I had utterly failed. Charlotte found areas in the IEP that needed to be tweaked that I had no idea that needed to be tweaked. She informed me that my daughters FIE needed to be updated sooner rather than later. This was key and something I didnt even know needed to happen. I highly recommend her for the special education arena to include an ARD.
