Love Chandler pediatrics and especially Dr McCoy We were with this practice for the last two years and have had nothing but positive experiences here. I dont know why all the negative reviews about the front office staff or nurses we have had nothing but good experiences here Dr McCoy is the most amazing kind and caring doctor I have taken my daughter to yet We absolutely adore her and are sad to be moving out of state and having to find a new pediatrician as she is the best weve ever had Thank you all for being so kind and caring and helping take care of my daughter

Amazing local pediatric office. Dr Malkani has been my sons physician since he was 6 yr old now 14 and we absolutely love her. Everyone from the receptionist the nursing staff and all 3 pediatricians are very friendly professional helpful and thorough. Youre never rushed and the doctors take all the time needed with each patient. We wont go anywhere else

My daughters doctor is Dr. McCoy and this review is NOOOOT for her She is the most amazing sweetest doctor I could ever ask for. My review for today is based on what I experienced today with Dr. Riordan I believe that is how you spell her name I brought my daughter in for a horrible cough shes had for the last two days after nothing helping over the counter I came here for some help for her to get relief since her cough is keeping her up and making her vomit multiple times. I told riordan that she has a horrible cough and her response word for word was yeah well so does everybody. I then responded with explaining that its so bad its making her vomit and shes gotten no sleep and she then asked if shes in school I replied with yes and her response was yeah well thats kind of what happens when kids go to school and dont wear masks they get sick people tend to forget that. Her attitude was extremely rude. She had us leave with 0 help just said to take over the counter stuff and theres nothing else to do. Which maybe thats the case but she could have been nicer about it and not just brushing us off. She must forget she has a job BECAUSE kids get sick. Mind you my family has been going to this practice since Dr. Young was there and every single experience with Riordan has been negative.

I would give a better review if they would replace the front desk admin assistant. Shes extremely rude to the patients they really should look into getting a kinder front desk person other than that the office is great

The best place I ever been with my kids all the staff are awesome and very humble.No one make em or my kids uncomfortable no racism ect. My kids doctor has a heart of sunflower Milton Pharaoh Valinetina loves her

The receptionist was extremely rude. They told me they would accept my daughters insurance and when I called to make apt they said no new patients. Give this place 0 stars

I would love to rate higher strictly for Dr. McCoy however after my experience with this office for the last 16 months I cant do that. Theyre receptionists after horrible attitudes. I tried calling their on call nursedoctor over the weekend because my daughter wasnt feeling well I stayed up until midnight where I received no call back and no missed calls when I woke up in the morning. Yesterday we saw Dr. Riordan not the first time and not the first bad experience with her for possibly RSV symptoms. I was seen for about 5 seconds it felt where she just went on and on about how RSV isnt even serious and she doesnt understand why everyone makes a big deal about. She didnt address my concerns at all and barely looked at my daughter. This morning my daughter woke up worse. I called their office TWICE which they decided to pick up and hang up on me. I officially switched her pediatrician and would absolutely NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

This was the best doctors office Ive been to Dr. Malkani is the best And I highly recommend her. I also recommend this place for anyone who have children. The staff there is amazing

The most passionate and competent pediatrician Ive ever seen. Nomatter how busy Dr.Shakoor finds a way to make each and every patient a priority. Ive had emergency situations where I needed immediate counseling and Dr.Shakoor never hesitated to help me. I couldnt recommend her more. If youre looking for competence and to prioritize your childs health this is the place to be.

Efficient exceptional professional and knowledgeable team of doctors nursing staffs and office Staffs Dr. Malkani has been my son doctor since he was born. He is 17 yrs now and my twin nephew and niece who are 14 yrs.l have referred of my relatives and my friends to the clinic because they are the best of the best
