Cn ruined my therapy I actually had a chance within the past decade to get better but Lauren from here ruined my chance. Her and some other lady they never cared about my progress only that they got their tiny little pooor persons paycheck just goes to show getting mental help in New York City is a waste of time just like living here I hope this city gets wiped off the map their PR will try to respond to this comment to make things seem like they care but they dont just report them please Im going to end my life because they took my only way of getting better away

Ive never been at this place..but the reviews are really sad and scary. I was looking for a place to take my granddaughter for therepy...and i have heard of this place and others and just looking threw reviews wich i dont usually do. But now i willIts sad the world today..cant trust anyone. Thank God i have faith in Jesus. He is the only one to have faith in or trust. My eldest son is a Bible Believer..and believe me .. that its all 100 true. Read your Bible and read it to your children..and so on. Cause its coming to bad times in the world. Try to have the Bible in your life and use it to become a Bible Believer. Im always learning daily. Im doing my best to be a Bible Belieben and i am 60 years young. Have faith in God not people. Its one of the best things to bevome. Its the only thingGod Bless all. Lois

Dont go anywhere near this Mental Health Housing Agency. In my opinion the abuse and neglect you will get from various staff members is beyond thinkable and criminal. You concerns will never be taken seriously. You will be forced to live in a firetrap apartment like I have been for over 6 months. I have reported the agency several times to the Fire Marshal and still none of the dangerous safety hazards getting fixed or taken seriously at all by C.N.G. agency. I have been asking various staff to move me to a better housing agency over the past 15 years and still not been taken care of as promised from staff. I have no where else to go or I would have moved years ago but get no help from anyone anyhow in this place period. Run as far away as you can from this place if you cherish you life and safety.

This establishment is a joke and I dont understand how they are open and operating. The director is a coward and hides behind her assistant who has a very low vibration and education level of comprehension. The director doesnt address patient concerns and issues which is why The staff talks over you and has a nasty attitude towards patients especially those needing assistance. New York State should audit them as well for billing purposes of fraud and stealing from Medicaid for fake therapy sessions

I was very unhappy with this place. My daughter had a Psychiatrist appt to get reevaluated and the Dr spent the whole time talking to both of us not her alone never got a diagnosis and she had one therapist visit and then after missing one they dismissed her saying you cant miss appts. They knew how she was as I told them but it didnt matter. Find some place else for you and your family. This is not the place

I wouldnt send my dog or my dead relatives to this place for counseling such a shame of business and establishment waste of time and resources. Front desk workers are so old and miserable and nasty . I wouldnt give them a single star for service better yet brains .

Spent 4 years dedicated to CNGMy goal of counseling was to see a psychiatrist or psychologist to determine and diagnosis the issues with my memory and disorganization that has affected my life since childhood in hopes for applying and receiving some kind of disability to help me with food and shelter being I am now a senior citizen and was living in a tentAfter not being allowed to see a psychologist or psychiatrist for the first year and then restricting me from seeing a very nice psychologist in East NorwichI have asked many times to meet with the director of CNG only to be deniedThe turnover rate of care coordinators is extremely high as well as the turnover rate of social workersI feel this organization has blamed me for their inability and effectively to help me move forward with the goals I presented withIntact with all the pushing of medications and ridiculous inconsiderate diagnoses based on 15 minutes with an over weight disheveled nurse practitionerI am sorry that I stayed so long and trusted this organization and their inability to focus on the client rather than then the money they take from Medicaid

The counselors here are not people to trust with your mental health. As multiple reviews have stated they have issues with belittling and harassing clients as well as using their positions to exacerbate problems. Its clear that the staff here have a high school mentality and have zero interest in helping anyone.

if your child need mental help therapy dont go here. First Dr. Ramani the Psycatrist is awful she should not be practicing. Kept prescribing medication that I kept telling her my daughter is having a bad reaction to her response was What do you want me to do I said prescribe something else she said call me in 30 days I went to my pediatrician she said y on earth would she prescribe this medication to your child this isnt fit for adults Second the therapy was one day per week for 30 minutes the first 15 minutes of that was BS and when the therapist finally decided to give my child some therapy it was a worksheet that said list three positive things I complained and was told to go elsewhere was also told that they cant give more than 30 minutes of therapy to anyone. Meanwhile at intake they tell you all sorts of things to keep you as a patient. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Id give lower if I could. Therapist basically told me they would talk to me a few times and then once I was stable refer me out to outside therapy places said that was the policy of the place. She also said I might be a hypochondriac when I brought up my long standing issue with an anxiety disorder. Childish therapy with affirmation cards. Multiple missed appointments but god forbid you miss one they will stop your services without reaching out.

Absolutely the worst experience you can go through is dealing with this place. It shows as the employees are not only hostile but extremely rude and...

They saved my life multiple times mentally and I feel great thank you for all the help you have given me
