These folks know their stuff. I had some hamstring issues from trying to run faster. They analyzed my running gait on the treadmill tested leg strength in various ways and clearly explained what was going on. Eric the therapist told me what to do to correct the problem and what exercises I needed to do to strengthen my hamstrings. It was a very positive experience and within no time I was doing much better. Definitely can recommend them

The male receptionist was great he went out of way to help get my order right and that is why I gave such high score...the female doing the drug screen needs help with customer service. My license expired I did renew it online but didnt have the print out or email confirmation. I explained that I did renew it and her response was Well I cant do anything with an expired ID. I get the expired ID is my issue BUT she could of had a little more empathy and said if you find the email the printed copy reschedule before the order expires on this day or even said lets see if we have an opening for later today or Tuesday so you can run over to DMV and get the stick that they put on them. Yeah....none of that came from her.

Was on time waited half an hour for a doctor. When a doctor asked how I was I was honest and said I didnt appreciate the wait time as I have My own life only for them to tell me the appointment was supposed to take another hour I had a carpool to worry about and then threatened to tell my employer that I was being extremely rude and that they shouldnt hire me. I started crying. I cant wait to tell my employer about my experience.
