I am SOO happy with CFTS Longwood location Mr. Mario is exactly the therapist I was hoping for my son He is fun patient very understanding helpful and professional. Theres not enough good things I can say about him and the helpful staff as well. Mrs. Lisette is such a sweetheart knowledgeable and gives wonderful advice. We recently started with Ms. Kaitlin and she is also kind and understanding. Im just overall very satisfied and can say I feel at peace dropping my young man off to get the therapy he needs. I will start this off saying that MARY KATE OT is hands down the best OT we have ever worked with. She is constantly going above and beyond by researching and reading books about my sons specific needs to learn how to help him. She follows his interests and brings such creativity fun and joy to his sessions. She works on fine motor and sensory as well as emotional regulation all in one fun hour long session. She is just amazingWe also see Jenn for speech for my daughter and she is so fun and knowledgeable - she can get so much helpful work done in 30 minutes She really knows her stuff Such cool speech games and fun interactive ways to get my daughter to interact and have fun talkingOnly one small issue is the waiting room is very loud during busy times as therapists come out to talk to some parents after so that is very loud and my sound sensitive kiddos find it a bit overwhelming- but thats the ONLY flaw we have found. The front desk staff are so kind and the owner is easily reachable by email.Over all a great place to be

Our daughter has been attending Central Florida Therapy Solutions for over two years. It is satisfying watching our daughter grow academically with the assistance of Ms. AminSpeech Ms Yvonne OT and Mr. Chris PT .Our daughter enjoys going to her Therapy instructors and their teach techniques Thank you . My son been going here for about 4 years. They love him and I love them. Chante and Marie-Kate are amazing.

My son has received therapy from two incredible therapist at this center. Mrs. Ashley and Mr. Mario despite how my son can be at times both of these individual showed me how patience they were and how every little milestone did count. I was saddened that as we hit the one year mark I had to transfer him out to another location due to transportation. My son has made some strides and so glad I had their help to achieves those goals.

This place is the absolute worst.I was referred here by my pediatrician and went and did the evaluation. they contacted me TWO weeks later to tell me i qualified for 1 30 min app every week. 2 weeks it took them to get back.I am then called twice a week almost for two weeks waiting to make an appointment i have a crazy schedule and was not sure what day would be best to set up yet I was then called and told if i didnt call back by the end of the next week they would cancel him as a patient. I called back that SAME day to be told the coordinator would be out until tuesday of the next week.Finally made an appointment that was already extremely difficult to manage regarding my sons schedule and came in. it was technically a 20 minute appointment as the therapist quit at 20 min. My therapist was ridiculous. forced my son into a chair he did not want to sit in and began basically dismissing everything I said my son was able to do verbally.I called this morning because my son is SICK and i will not be taking him to an overcrowded packed room for his app tomorrow. I was let known never mentioned before that for 6 months you have 3 times to cancel your appointment. If you cancel you MUST reschedule. This was news to me. They then said if you exceed the 3x that they PUNISH YOU. They take you from 2x a week to 1x or they cease your appointments all together. My son is sick and i have him only 2 weekdays. I was not able to reschedule. So youre telling me that my kid gets sick you want me to haul him into a giant room with a bunch of screaming kids and a therapist that doesnt care that hes sick just so you can have your appointment ridiculous. Will not come back people here are rude and dismissive and not understanding of peoples livesschedules. Absolutely will not recommend to anyone

My son has had Lisette as his speech therapist and Shelby as his physical therapists. We love them both and wish they were not only therapists but nannies as well Theyve taken such good care of him and treat him with love.

Central Florida Therapy Solutions makes you feel good knowing you have people that care. It comforting having the feeling that your kid is in good hands. You will see progress and growthdevelopment in your kiddo and that is all you can ask for.We had several Different speach and occupational therapists during our time there. Our schedule changed a few times due to circumstances on our end and they were able to always work with us and find us a new therapist for Lincoln. Each one unique in their own approach. Each one kind and understanding and happy to help my little one.Lincoln came in with I would say pretty severe Echolalia he would get so upset while we attempted to eat with him at the table that he would throw up. This happened often. He didnt play with kids or toys really he didnt say things or do things kids his age do he wouldnt verbally tell you what he wants or how he feels he would drag you by the hand and point to what he wanted and where he wanted you to go with him. He couldnt understand what you wanted from him for the most part and there was trouble with communication and growth with me trying alone at home to help him.They gave him the tools to help him over come all of this as well as giving me the tools. Not every kiddo is the same and not every kiddo is going to develop at the same speed. But he grew with every session saying and doing things he didnt do before.Lincoln is up to speed now with other kids his age. He no longer has any signs of Echolalia and he has over come all of his other problems as well. He may still have a few quirks here and there. But I think he will continue to grow and function in society amongst his piers just fine. Hes overcome many obstacles hes gained confidence and he is self sufficient on a scale he did not have before.Thank you to the helpful and diverse staff that made this happen for us.Amanda Ashley Mary K and Vanessa. I was looking for a location providing speech therapy and Occupational Therapy for my daughter and I was told about Central FL Therapy Solutions with the awesome help by Liz for onboarding and Nancy the OwnerOperator they have made it a seamless process to get my daughter the push she needs to get her ready for the world. Thank you to the rest of the therapists and staff who are going to be attending to and teaching my daughter valuable skills I would 110 recommended this facility and program to anyone with a child on the spectrum or just a child who needs that extra push of help and encouragement
