I love my audiologist. One of the most knowledgeable professional friendly providers Ive had. Very patient with me. Oh and I can hear better. I was terrible at misunderstanding people would hear the darndest things and felt ridiculous. Im not saying huh anymore. I know thats annoying...for me too. I was a bit skeptical when I first saw the hearing aids but they really help and I dont notice them in my ears. Fits and feels just fine.

Ive been trying to get my son in to get evaluated for almost a month now and all I get is the run around on the phone. They had no clue about my son after I talked to multiple ppl about him and gave all all his info got his referral sent from his dr and everything else they needed and they still had no clue who he was. No one ever calls back if you can even get someone on the phone when they say they will. They dont seem to care to help new patients. Very sad

They turned away my daughter who was in desperate need of their help Fresh out of brain surgery she needed speech therapy. So sad money is more important

Friendly and very professional.. we love our speech pathologist Lauren. She gets it I see a difference from just one therapy

My 89 yr old dad has been having issues with his hearing and with hearing aids for years. Dr. May was quickly able to remedy the problems he was having and he is now able to hear much better and not having problems with the hearing aids. She is the best Thank you so much for all you do

I am very pleased with my recent visit at Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center. They really care are a lot about the people they see. I saw Dr. May. She is wonderful. She tested my hearing helped me get new hearing aids and very efficiently programmed them to the tee I highly recommend Central Florida Speech and Hearing.

At NO fault of Central Florida Speech Hearing my daughter and I showed up today October 4th 2023 for an appointment that had been cancelled by a 3rd party. My daughter is currently suffering with moderate hearing loss in her left ear and severe hearing loss in her right ear. She is scheduled for a major surgery on October 10th 2023 and all we wanted for her was for her to obtain a hearing aid prior to that date. We were crushed to learn she was no longer on the schedule for today we were both in tears. The staff could tell we were crushed and they literally saved the day As I am outside on the phone in tears trying to resolve this issue a staff member comes outside and tells us to come in as they were going to fit my daughter in right at that moment. They did a quick hearing test fitted her for a hearing aid and even provided us with a loaner device until we can move past this surgery and iron out all the details. They literally went above and beyond and my daughter went from tears to a face I cannot describe. I have no way to ever repay the staff for all the hard work they put in today so I wanted to let all of Google know they are nothing short of AMAZING 5 stars is an injustice to Central Florida Speech and Hearing as they deserve so much more.Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart to everyone that took part in making today happen for my sweet girl.A special thank you goes out to Joyce Ahlheim as she worked one on one with me to get my daughter seen so quickly as a new patient.Also a special thank you goes out to Sarah Kelley the audiologist that was aware of our situation and jumped in feet first to helpWe are eternally grateful for you all.

I met with Dr. Shaila Perez this week to replace my Oticon miniRTE hearing aide. I was extremely pleased with her and the office staff. She listened to my every concern. Took time with me. Extremely helpful. I highly recommend this office. Very very happy. Thank you

The first time experience was the first time weve ever left with more information and understanding of my fathers condition. We couldnt be blessed with a more caring staff and I give my highest respect to the Dr and staff members of Central Florida Speech and Hearing office.

My daughter had a speech evaluation with Lauren and she was absolutely amazing. So kind and informative. She really made my daughter feel comfortable and she answered all my questions gave me the info in a way I could understand and made sure I understood the plan of action.
