We were really excited to take our son here however once we became patients there it was apparent that they didnt have the level of care we needed. Its really important as a parent to feel like you are partners with their provider and not someone that is looked down on or left out of the loop. I do not recommend this practice and am really happy i dont have to have anxiety any time I think about his next appt anymore. My son is my life and if I cant trust you to do your research you cant answer my questions and you are not open to a one size does not fit all approach I am happy to take my business else where. Not all parents get their information from the internet some of us work in the industry and know when something isnt right. If you value working hand in hand with your health care providers seek care else where.

Cannot say enough good things about this office. My 2 daughters have been coming here for years and we have been extremely happy with every single doctor or nurse weve had.

All the staff and doctors here are wonderful. As a new parent any time my son is sick or acting unsual I can count on the doctors and staff here to get to the bottom of it. There is an on call nurse so if you have any issues 3 AM at night you can call and they will be there to help you through it then the doctor will also call you first thing in the morning to follow up. Truly the best and exemplary of how more pediatrician offices need to be.

The workers always been super kind helpful. They have known our family for the longest time are always understanding and sweet. The best pediatrics office to visit with children. The office is adorable as well adds distraction for kids while waiting for the doctor.

Absolutely terrible this Doctor is My baby wasnt even a month old and she is sending us a letter canceling us as patients because we didnt have a vaccine plan I honestly dont know why some people even choose to practice medicine. You are supposed to be a doctor not a dictator Absolutely terrible And I hope clients of yours wake up and stop going to people like you

All of the providers and staff are the BEST They have given exceptional care to both of my kids for 10 years. Whenever I call for a sick appointment I am always able to get in the same day. Although I am sad that Dr Lewis is leaving I wish her the best and thank her from the bottom of my heart for the care she has provided to my kids. I will always recommend Central Florida Pediatrics

We have been going there the last 5 years. This last year has been a huge disappointment. The staff has changed. Ive never seen the same nurses. In the last year we have gone 3x. The first 2 visits they absolutely would not let us leave until we paid. My mother n law was with my daughter trying to get payment over the phone. She said cant you just bill us. They said No even though we are established patient. The other issue is the billing. Its never the same. I asked to speak of my concerns and nothing. We will be looking for another pediatrician. We really did like the first few years and Dr. Williams was Great

Dr. Michelle Williams saw my three kids today. She was so wonderful with them. Did a thorough and patient consultation which is so rare these days. Very happy with the visit. Recommend her to all the parents who are looking for a heartful listening.The front office staff also needs their mention for being nice and courteous.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS. THEY WILL DISMISS YOU AND REJECT YOUR INSTINCTS FOR YOUR CHILD. I honestly cant believe that people who treat children and babies are so incredibly lazy. They will let your baby scream and cry and offer no help or guidance. They just blame colic. They hear what they want to hear and blame colic for everything even after telling you that your baby doesnt have colic. Front staff is rude. Nursing staff does not pay attention to requests. We wanted delayed vaccinations and they came in and gave them all at once and gave us no say in the matter. And now they wont release my daughters medical records so I can seek help from someone else. Will be reporting them to the state for poor practice.

Our pediatrician was Dr. Michelle Williams. She very much pushes vaccines and will even tell your child youre going to get your baby brother sick if you dont. The office will dismiss if you dont comply with their vaccine schedule. The medical assistant told me You cant refuse the vaccinations. Yes actually I can. The staff is mostly rude. The only positive is fast appointments. We see a much better doctor now Dr. Franz who does vaccinations on our own schedule when we feel ready if we choose.
