Only leaving one star because a negative is not an optionWhile we have had good experiences with the Doctors the staff is another story. The children running the front desk in Lake Mary are RUDE ENTITLED and DISRESPECTFUL they have no idea what customer service is and are incapable of understanding that without patients customers they would have no job. After making an appointment for our sick child yesterday with an extremely rude staff member my wife had an even worse experience in the office today. The staff had no idea why my child was there. They only make sick appointments on this particular day but were amazed that she was there because she was sick. My wife was asked well whats wrong with her then because the rude staff yesterday didnt bother to put the information into their computer. The nurse was EXTREMLY RUDE in front of our child. My wife walked out of the office today and our young child told her that lady was NOT nice at all. What an impression for a childrens nurse to make on a young child. We are firing this DRs office and will look for a Pediatrician that actually cares about the health of childrenDoctors offices are a dime a dozen. I wouldnt eat at a restaurant or hire a contractor who was rude and provided poor customer service. There is no reason to purchase services from a Doctors office that has the same problem understanding how to treat people children customersRUN away from this place and read reviews before selecting another DRs office for your child

The doctors here are fabulous. I stayed as long as I did because of them. Everything else is abysmal. I have waited over an hour for a well visit only to be put in a room and wait another 20m to see a doctor. Well visits take at least 1.5hrs each time - even if you barely wait. The weighing station is in the hallway so you have to take your infant out in the public areas to be weighed and then take their diaper off while other patients are walking by. I requested our records in order to switch practices. I got them the week of Christmas. The week following my kids were extremely sick with 103 fevers. They told me as of requesting the records Im no longer a patient and when I asked to establish us again in desperation to get my kids cared for they said theyre not accepting new patients. Im now taking my kids to an urgent care because of their unreal business practices. Complete JOKE of a practice. Nightmare experience dealing with their office staff. The doctors here need to leave this place to save their careers.

We really enjoyed the few visit we had at this office. However after one not so great experience I spoke with the office manager just making her aware of the situation we had with the nurse practitioner..... a week or so later I received a letter in the mail discharging my children as patients after then strangely snooped my facebook page and saw a post I made venting about our appointment. Their practice name wasnt even mentioned in my post. We had every intention of returning there so the letter took me by surprise. It was incredibly unprofessional not to mention petty.

So this morning we called and made an appointment booked as a new patient in less than 5 minutes.They directed me to the building when I couldnt find it in all the office buildings without sounding frustrated at all just super nice and helpful and got us back in a INCREDIBLE painted room Ciara was so great swabbed my daughter and talked to her got her a sticker had results in 15 min and then to top it off Dr George blew me away. What a great place to know is available to treat my babies. Thank you all for making a stressful sick visit so easy.Edited to add- Dr Lewis was exceptional as well. Called at 905 for my other child new patient was in by 940 and out by 1015 with resultsprognosis.Cant beat it.Another edit- a year later- we drive a good ways to come to this practice orange city and lake Mary. I love them all so much and appreciate how they run their offices.

If I could leave them negative stars I would Absolutely horrible experience. Front desk is a bunch of young girls. All extremely rude and condescending. I called to tell them I didnt receive a confirmation and I was on my way. They told me I had to cancel the appointment. Even though I wasnt even late Extremely rude the entire time. Upon arriving I had the pleasure of enduring more rudeness and condescending behavior from these young girls. I spoke with the manager which seems like the only one that knew how to treat a customer. Later I had the pleasure of having the doctor yell at me for wanting to put my doctor on a diet When all I did was ask what a healthy weight for my son was so we could stop eating junk food and eat healthier I was shocked and baffled by the love of unprofessionalism at this practice. RUN

Ive been taking my children here since one was 2 and once was an infant. I have loved this practice they have always fit us in always shown care and compassion. My children talk freely with the doctors. We laugh a lot. Dr Lutz Dawn and Dr Williams are incredibly knowledgable and positive but honest and well educated. Its been such a comfort to me to have them care for my children.

This was our third pediatricians office since relocating to the Orlando area and thank goodness we love them. The staff is always pleasant and helpful the nurses are always good with the kids and I think we have now seen every doctor at the practice and have no complaints about any of them. We primarily see Dr. Lutz and we love her. When our son reacted poorly to his infant vaccinations she recommended a staggered schedule that helped. They arent overly prescribing meds which I appreciate. They are supportive of breastfeeding and when our lactation consultant believed she found a tie on our son Dr. George and Dr. Lutz were supportive of writing the referrals to an ENT and later a speech pathologist to deal with the oral motor delays and weakness he had a result of those ties. We cant rave about them enough.

Lake Mary Office- Dr. Lutz is incredible We LOVE her. We couldnt make it to their group new patient appointment so she met with us personally during lunch when we were touring pediatricians. We have been seeing her since our baby was born and she has been so great with him. She comforts and soothes him if he is crying or stressed during check ups. She is also so wonderful and patient when it comes to answering all of our first time parent questions. Not only is she patient she encourages it every appointment and has never made us feel as if a question is stupid even though I know some of our questions are. We have never felt rushed during our visits. The office is always clean and calm and decorated so nicely. We have always been able to get a same day appointment when needed. We toured other pediatricians in lake mary and we are so happy with our decision to go with Central Florida Pediatrics. I dont usually write reviews but I was looking for their number and I am shocked to see negative reviews so I needed to add my experience because we rave about this office and very confidently recommend them to everyone

My family has been going to see Dr Lutz for almost 6 years now. We used to live in Altamonte but moved over an hour away 4 12 years ago. We are so pleased with them that we have been more than willing to drive an hour to come here. We appreciate the fact that they do not give out antibiotics like candy every time you walk in the door and only give perceptions when necessary.

My son has been very sick and while they are quick at getting him in they never do anything to help him. Within 10 minutes they were able to determine my son had a viral infection not bacterial with ZERO tests taken. And then charged 75 for a 10 min visit. Couple days later and he is still having HIGH fevers they dont have any cause for concern - just keep pumping his body with tylenol and ibuprofen. Unless we want to come in and pay another 75..We are done with this office. Also have to mention one of the nurses dropped my infant on the floor during one of our other visits and the nurse wasnt even apologetic.Steer clear of this office. They should not be in the business of caring for children. Its clear they are only after money.

So far so good. Seen several doctors for my little one and they all are insightful and help. Answer all questions and dont rush you. Not sure about the...
