The receptionist is never friendly. I had 3 drug interactions and had to go to the ER. Couldnt get a hold of my doctor. I was told instead of being on meds I should work on stuff around me. With my diagnosis I have to be on meds. Its not an option Ive been compared to books and research. Im a statistic. I kept saying Im going down I need help Im not doing well. Was taken off meds and just a higher dose on the 1 med. When I would call the RECEPTIONIST would tell me how to take my meds or try to answer my medication questions. Do not go here for mental health

It is an absolutely disorganized mess. You will get pushed around to different staff and locations when trying to schedule appointments. The turn over rate for doctors there is high so youll be lucky if you get to see the same person twice. If you need medication refilled early because a doctor cant get you in you will need to call multiple times a day for a few days until someone actually helps you. Youll always be told first thing tomorrow and that will happen for days. It is an ordeal every time I need to get a medication refilled. It amazes me that some of the people Ive dealt with choose to work in the field of human mental health when they show no signs of remorse about any stressful or frustrating experience youve had with them. The first doctor I had was great but the rest of the staff has been consistently unhelpful. If you have other options for psychological help take them.

Please stay as far away from this facility as possible. All of the qualified and skilled Psychiatrist left the organization and I now see why. I suffer from PTSD and the office manager Lynn Costello deliberately started an argument with me concerning my service animal. She questioned me as if I were lying about him being a service dog. By the way that is illegal to do such. She then had the staff lie to me telling me that the Nurse Practitioner Aaron Jones who I was to see was coming out in just a minute to see me. After waiting five minutes and noticing that she was moving all of the patients from the waiting room I knew that something wasnt right. I continue to tell the office staff that I was having a PTSD Episode and that I felt unsafe. They continued to lie to me and insist that Aaron Jones was coming out to get me. I decided to call 911 and was told that a police was dispatcholhed to the location. They were trying to hold me there until the police arrived in an attempt to have me arrested. I also noticed that Aaron Jones was trying to hide in the corner behind the receptionist area. If you want mental health providers that are not to be trusted then Centerstone is the perfect place for you. If you want a good mental health provider run from this place as if your house was on fire

I try not to leave negative reviews for businesses but after my experience today I feel as though I have no choice. I checked in for my 445p medication refill appointment and almost an hour goes by without being seen by my doctor. I know things can run behind in healthcare but at this point I went up to the desk to ask if something had happened. The lady at the front desk tells me the doctor left at 430 Why would you even have checked me in What if I was completely out of medication What if the medication I was refilling was for something really serious For a mental health clinic this kind of patient care is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone needing anything related to mental healthcare to look literally anywhere else.

Its very very hard to get into touch with my doctor when Im having an issue with my medication. Ive been unable to work and function correctly and the only thing they can do is connect me to a nurse that will get into touch with my doctor. For the past 10 years Ive gone through at least five different doctors because they kept quitting. The past almost three years Ive had the same doctor that took me off the medication that worked for seven years. Now Ive changed medication almost every visitation with this doctor. One medication put me in the hospital because she decided to double my dosage after I had told her it wasnt working and was making me sick. For the next two years I suffered from insomnia from the medication after stopping it and the best she could do was prescribe more medication to help me sleep. She doesnt understand my body chemistry and my sensitivity to certain medication. My life is at its worst and she has done nothing to help improve it. This is so frustrating. Centerstones process for scheduling and getting into contact with my doctor is the worst in the industry. I definitely dont recommend this place anymore until there are significant changes. The best doctor I had was my first 10 years ago. Now the rest of these doctors are uninformed.I conveyed my frustration with centerstones process with a nurse last week and he genuinely told me I dont disagree with that and Im sorry.

I absolutely do not trust this company They keep canceling my appointments with my therapist claiming theres an error in their system. Thats not good enough. Both the scheduler and my therapist saw it my appointment in the system and now its just gone. It will now be three weeks Ive had to go since seeing my therapist and I dont even trust that my appointment next week will still be there. Im now in crisis mode and theyre refusing to let me in to see anyone. This is unacceptable Please if you can go anywhere else for mental health treatment.UPDATE that number you gave me doesnt work. It just says call failed and thats it. My therapy appointment this week was cancelled by Centerstone last minute. They failed to put me on the schedule last week and they dont have me on the schedule next week either. No explanation given. Im supposed to be scheduled weekly. I cant go an entire month without seeing someone when Im having multiple panic attacks a week and I am in crisis mode

Dr jurls has taken good care of my sons condition as long as we have been with her. I dont see why all the negative reviews. I also appreciate the staff who always gets us seen and even stays on the phone during emergencies.

I truly believe this is a Racial profiling facility. I have the qualifications and just because I educated the HR management that social work and Sociology are in related fields I cant get hired. Even on the 2nd job she told me listen dont call the manager because shes busy

Ive had two different therapist here one when I was younger and one a little older. First therapist ive seen was pretty decent but the second one i had recently went on maturity leave. I was told I would have people check up on me schedule meetings. Never heard a thing back practically abandoned client which is not okay one bit. If you want actually help I honestly dont suggest going to this place one bit.

I work for a physicians office and have tried to refer patients to this company for quite some time. I am quite disappointed to be completely honest. I have started looking elsewhere to send patients. When calling you wait for a good 10 minutes before anyone answers. When they do answer I am always greeted kindly and they are always very helpful. The staff are always very friendly. However when my patients try to call themselves they get a voicemail after waiting for a very long time for an answer. The biggest complaint I receive is that they never hear back from anyone after leaving the voicemails.I am grateful that there is a company with so many different options of care but the communication is not acceptable. I worry about my patients that I send there because many of them need immediate assistance but never are helped. Apparently I am not the only one with this frustration according to the reviews on google. I hope these problems are resolved quickly. Mental Health Medicine is a very important part of the medical field and patients who are suffering from it should not have to deal with becoming discouraged after reaching out with no response.
