I have worked at Center for Social Change for four years. It has been an amazing experience that has provided much growth and positive rewards in my program. My Director The CEO and The COO have all been so supportive and caring. They go above and beyond and always have an open door to allow for constructive feedback provide an ear and just overall care about all staff and most especially the individuals we serve. I cant imagine working anywhere else

It has been an absolute delight to work with the individuals in the little time I have been employed here. Center for Social Change advocates on the behalf of the individuals and their desires. Additionally Center for Social Change thrives at ensuring that the individuals do not feel isolated from society due to their handicaps. This is insured through the various events which are held from cookouts to monster truck rallies. Also Center for Social Changes Day Program ensures an all inclusive atmosphere in which activities for the mute blind or deaf are easyily accessible. Such as our growing braille collection.

Not good the staff they does not tell the truth A staff member name Joe Swift doesnt give My Nephew All his money because he cant count.

For over 7 years I have had the privilege of being employed by Center for Social Change. The CEO and COO go to great lengths to ensure that all staff members receive fair and respectful treatment. This house..8601 Lucerne Rd Randallstown MD is a nuisance. At a meeting last we met along with our neighbors and Councilman Julian Jones And Ms. Dana who promised to call us back when calling about any disturbances at that house. Especially..my concerns are they are coming on my property .getting my landscapes bricks to break out windows. These kids are dangerous and are hazards to my home by traspassing on our property..we are home owners. This proves to me that Dana is not a person who lives by her words..in front of dignitaries yes..but that makes her a liar..SHE HAS NEVER EVER CALLED ME BACK and she is not concerned about homeowners...who have made a living retired..worked for years. She is only concern for her job.these kids need to be removed or have kids that can be handled by workers.
