CARD is a place that has helped many childrenadults in many ways and Im so thankful to be a part of their team. I can say from experience that CARD is a place that families can feel safe leaving their child and families can be confident that their child is getting the therapy they need. I personally love seeing the growth of old and new clients and again am so grateful to be a part of that change.

I give card a zero stars I started my intake process for my son to revive services in April 2021. In the last 7 months of me with them I had to constantly ask for updates about services for my child. At one point they just stopped responding to me. I reached out to multiple people With absolutely no response. I than had to call an office to get in touch with a district manager who told me they wouldnt have services available until the end of October. Come the end of October I asked again for an update for them to tell me that they do not even have a team available. For which they have billed me for. I said I should not be billed for since they inconveniently wasted almost a year of my time where I could have been seeking help for my son elsewhere. Their lack of care and attention from the beginning for the cate of my child is just absolutely outrageous time is of the essence for children with needs and they should be more compassionate to the people who are trying to seek help. DONT COME TO CARD SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE
