Catawba Valley Behavioral Healthcare - Residential Services

Residents that live this residential home are diagnosed with severe and chronic mental illnesses. Catawba Valley Healthcare provides these individuals with the opportunity to live as independently as possible with the support of trained staff and professional oversight. Our goal is for residents to feel a sense of individuality while also enjoying the experience of community living. Residents of the home are encouraged to participate in our Connection Clubhouse programs and activities. Some of the activities offered at the Clubhouse include local 5k events, Wellness activities, pottery, quilting, baking, and outdoor exercise excursions. Our trained staff evaluate residents’ existing level of functioning and help them build on their skills in a positive, nurturing way that promotes their success.
