Jen is amazing. She listened to everything I was throwing at her she understood didnt judge and helped my anxiety tremendously by just listening. She made me feel normal and reassured me that how I felt was ok. She discussed medications and side effects and what she thought would be best. Im not a doctor person at all but she honestly made my experience there a lot easier. Im forever thankful.

I found Jennifer to be very professional. She took the time to listen to me and be open about my thoughts. I thought I would never except anyone but Lorenzobut she made me feel comfortable right away and easy to talk to. I found her to be a delightful woman. I look forward to talking with her each time.

I could not ask for better mental care. Everyone is caring and seems to genuinely want to help. I have always been greeted with a smile and exit with one as well. Receptionists to therapists and on to doctors everyone smiles even if they dont know you.

I really hated seeing someone new because Lorenzo retired but Jen is great. She asks my input on meds that Im taking vs new meds. And she listens before making an opinion. Thank you Jen.

They called constantly day by day until they heard from me. Just to make sure I was OK. I finally picked up the phone. I wasnt doing the greatest but I wasnt terrible. It was nice of them to check up on me though.

I would give 30 stars if possible. Being that Im on benzodiazepines it comes with a stigma but dr nortz is so understanding shes a saint. They treat you like a human and not a number. Id recommend to anyone

Just want to brag on Amber and her assistant Lily. Ive seen them for almost a year now. They both have provided exceptional care that has truly improved the quality of my life. Both Amber and Lily are detailed personable and passionate about providing quality care to their patients. The overall facility is lovely too. Thank you to ALL the staff for the tenderness love and care youve extended to me this past year.

I have been going to Catawba Valley Healthcare for numerous years and I feel comfortable going there because the people that you deal with there are all kind considerate and caring. I have never seen any of them be anything but helpful even when someone is treating them unkindly. I have also found the perfect therapist for my needs and have been seeing him for many years now. That doesnt mean that everyone that goes there will be locked in for years of therapy. Many people only need short term help and theyre willing and able to provide what each one needs on an individual basis. If you are trying to decide where to go to get the help you need I am confident that the right person for you will be there. Give them a chance to shine in your life as a beacon to safety.
